After waiting 15 minutes for three staff discussing there nights plans. One of the men came to help us in the empty store. He knew the answers to my questions and sold me everything I needed.

I stopped by the store today because I crashed my drone yesterday. I came across John, an extremely nice salesman who took the time to test my drone and replace the defective propellers. He also took the time to answer all my questions with great kindness. A huge thank you to him!

Came into the store a week or two back, absolutely top notch customer service. Joseph and Moe took care of me picking up the new Mini Pro 4 and it's safe to say that I am a customer for life, not only because of the quality of the product, but for the quality of the service. After struggling with a technical issue for months I finally went into the Melbourne Central store with my Air2S drone and 300 questions. I had an small issue with my Air 2s Drone. Ed was on hand from start to finish.real expert on products, knowledge on drone esp with DJI brands.he was so sufficient & super helpful & was able to find a solution to my drone 2s that i had purchased.just a few days beforehand.just brilliant.

Went here to get the FPV pro combo. Tom was very professional and thorough he answered lots of questions i had. I definitely recommend him if anyone needs help with DJI related info.

I was searching for a couple of accessories for my DJI Pocket 2 and decided to visit a couple of my usual and favorite electronics stores in Melbourne but after several hours of running around, I had no luck. However, one of the sales reps at one outlet kindly mentioned that there was a DJI outlet in Melbourne Central and if anyone had what I was chasing they would. I'm so glad I gave this a shot:

This was my first visit to D1 Store, and certainly won't be may last.
They've got everything DJI, and an excellent and comprehensive range of products on display.
Customer service is excellent. Adin was great and looked after my needs.
And they've currently got a great $10 off on a spend of $150!
The store is on Level 1, directly opposite the Melbourne Central Clock; you can't miss it!

Sadly I smash my mini 1 into a bench in a park, luckily dji store was still open. Then there was Tom who was kind enough to change the mini propellers so I went more then happy to fly my mini straight away. Thanks DJI and many thanks to Tom who promptly fixed the problem.

Tom was amazing from the moment he answered the phone, Im travelling at the moment and needed a car charger, Tom & his manager went over and above to help me out. Will definitely do business with these guys again in the future.
