DJ City Richmond Melbourne

I bought my first Lav mic from DJ City 9 months ago for YouTube and just now bought the RODE podcaster. The mic is pretty cool and the advice I got from Tom one of the staff members was good too.

I do want to point out that I had to visit the store again because the Mic I brought home didn't have a clip to mount it on the stand. Aside from this little wrinkle, I still think when it comes to audio equipment, I'll likely always visit DJ City in person even though ordering on eBay is so much more convenient.

Went to buy a smoke machine. Got told the price was $69 and Tom charged me $80 for it? After I asked why and he blamed it on the American Dollar? Sad way to run a business (scam).

Great variety of products and relaxed chilled atmosphere. And the staff were very helpful and respectful.

Everything I wanted was there, great service, clean store, the ONLY problem was they couldn't take out a display of the expensive stuff but that's understandable. I got what I wanted so I'm stoked!

Great place they cell everything we wanted Tom serviced us and was very helpful they had heaps of gear for the ameture and professional.

Had an issue with a damaged monitor stand on arrival. Great service by the Sam and the guys with a quick exchange processed. Recommended.

Incredibly helpful staff with a lot of knowledge on all their equipment, plus very friendly and approachable. Extensive range with everything already set up to test the effects for quality and style. Highly recommend even if you're starting to learn about lights/music like myself.

Great store to visit, well stocked with quality products which you can see with a live demo, knowledgeable staff and great prices. Michael was an absolute pleasure to deal with and able to sort out exactly what we needed from our rather sketchy outline in short order. Would highly recommend a visit and will definitely be coming back. Great Job Team!
