Others are friendly too, if you have any questions, they will always help you out

Don't even think to shop with DJ CITY, they r hopeless, and online service is nightmare even after 3months waiting for my order.they never picks the phone. Not refunding my money,

Decent prices but their warehouse must be run in a retirement home, because orders are slow as! Go visit your local music shop or even order internationally! Even if you were across the road it would probably take 3 weeks to begin shipping the order.

Good luck getting in contact with them to get an update as well, the communication arm of the organisation is hopeless!

You might have more luck in store, but if someone from DJ City would like to prove me wrong - mate, I'm all ears: P

Worst customer service, i ordered something online, the delivery have been delayed from more that week, I'm use to called the store just for tracking my order as well and the staff only hang out my call plenty times after that, the only time when they pick the phone, they suggests to me pick up my buy even when already paid the delivery and wait from more that week. Really disappointing with that rude and unhonest Dj City staff.

Like so many others very unhappy with the lack of service and communication. Why have things shown as in stock when clearly they are not.

They never answer the phone. Impossible to get help. Site says they have click & collect, but once you get into the checkout there's no option for that. Have to go to store in person.
Once you get there service is good! It's just hard to get to that point.

Absolutely APPAULING business. Have been waiting for over a month for my items to arrive. I've tried calling, emailing and contacting them on Facebook and had NO response. I know multiple other people in the same boat. I'll NEVER shop here again as will all the musicians I know because we've all posted about how disgraceful they are. Cheers

Made an order, funds drawn down but no further communication in over a week. Phones not on the hook. Does not reply to emails.

Took 11 days to process the order.only one employee would respond to my emails after days of trying.when order did arrive the free gift that was a part of my order never arrived, they responded with "sorry we have run out of free gifts" would not recommend

Dedicated staff that know their products, offer good prices and can really show you what you're looking for.

As far as I’m aware of, there is nothing wrong with the record player I ordered online. I’m actually still a bit unsure at this stage whether it’s a faulty product or not.

The record holder part inside seemed loose & damaged when I received it even though it still played the music ok. I took a video to send to customer service to make sure there is nothing wrong but never got a reply. I called the customer service line and even every single retail shop’s number but no one ever picked up the phone. I finally got hold of someone after a few days trying. The person asked me to send the video to him so he could pass that on to the online team. I waited a few more days but still no one got back to me. I had to take the product and drive all the way 1 hr to the closest DJ city shop in Richmond. The staff there told me that “I’m pretty sure it was designed like that”, and that he had no stock in the store to check or swap for me. I had to go with that answer even though I wasn’t 100% happy & relieved.

This is seriously THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ever experienced in Australia. They could have saved me 2 hrs drive, petrol & lots of frustration if they could just check the video I sent & said there was nothing wrong with it.

Great source of DJ gear. A great little business with competitive pricing and sensible advice. Also a fun place to see.

Absolutely appalling excuse for customer service.drove for over an hour two days in a row due to non existent communication between staff members.waited for a refund on an item for four weeks only to have that screwed up as well.the staff basically refuse to answer the phone for hours on end, making resolving any issue near impossible.incredibly frustrating to deal with.giving 0 stars is basically a compliment to both the richmond and dandenong stores.still completely confused as to whether the ‘team’ are negligent or just plain incompetent.probably both

Competitively priced music/sound equipment shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Been here many times - you can’t go wrong!

The sky is black but that doesn't mean it's dark, lasers strobe across the city, LED moving head's wash out the darkness. Every person I meet seems less than human, every time I ask for help I'm met with the response, "collab bro? ", I don't understand what that means. If anyone is out there that knows how to leave this wretched, haze filled city, please reach out. I fear I may never escape.

I really like the big range and selection of products in the shop and the service in store was excellent.
