I would like to share my experience at Dr Ari Dskin clinic.

I have suffered (shaking) in my body and in my hands in particular.
I have visited more than one doctor to help me, they're diagnosing me with (essential tremor) and advise to take medications as it's going be there for a lifetime.
I was very desperate to find a way to get out of the tremors.

Until I came across Dr Ari's clinic. I am very grateful for this chance.

My family and I have been cared for by Dr Ari Diskin for over 6 years. At first I came to Ari because of chronic back problems, exacerbated by a problematic disc that had not been managed well elsewhere. That problem soon become something in my past, and my care became about maintaining wellness and energy through the stressors of life in general. For my children, Ari is able to deal with sports injuries quickly and effectively. I've just been seeing Ari again after falling off my bike, and, via a few treatments, my back is 'back on track' again, even with the added stressors of months of lockdown. Ari and his team are friendly, caring and deeply professional. The calm energy that you feel as soon as you enter the door is blissful in itself.

I had a tremendously beneficial experience and outstanding results after a course of treatments with Dr Diskin. I didn’t come with a specific issue but was searching to regenerate my overall health and work through some mental and physical blockages that were holding me back. I knew I needed some external assistance with this process and somehow things unfolded and I was able to come in contact with Dr Diskin.

With Dr Diskin’s help, he was able to gage exactly what was happening inside my body through scans. The scientific and thorough approach meant from the beginning, I knew the facts of exactly what was happening within my body. It was invaluable to be informed in that way and I think everybody should do this atleast once in their life if one wants to evolve, grow, and add value in all aspects to their life. It’s practical and strategic aswell as emotionally and spiritually healing.

It was an insight that it’s amazing how unaware I can be about my own condition, (even as a yoga practitioner and teacher - studying mind and body everyday). I think it can be difficult to ascertain ones own health as we only ever live inside our own bodies, often changing our habits little over a lifetime. The only reference we have on an experiential level, is health “back then” and “now”, and so we often get sick without knowing the cause because we were unaware or out of touch with our own body signals. And beyond that, so often our health/life potential cannot be comprehended by ourselves, or is blocked for certain reasons, and it takes an expert or guide who can see beyond those blocks, to be able to reopen that vision to explore parts of ourself we never knew existed.

And then when one is informed, what do we do with that information? How do we get better? These have always been my questions. With each session with Dr Diskin, there were was an igniting of the intelligence of the human body system rearranging and realigning on a physical level, and much mental processing at the same time. After my first session with Dr Diskin, my menstrual cycle which had not been present for years, returned on the same day and completed a full regular cycle. This was not the purpose of my sessions, but a side effect of the adjustments with Dr Diskin, redistributing and balancing my energy.

Through yoga practice, I learn that the body wants us to pay attention to it, but sometimes that capability doesn’t exist within myself, Dr Diskin helped me access and awaken flows and parts that were inactive/stagnant and allow things to open up in a way that effects all parts of life beyond just physical condition.

It was an amazingly interesting journey from beginning till now. Impassioned, inspired healers and teachers of the world are so rare to find and I feel extremely gifted to have had the opportunity to receive and experience the years work Dr Diskin has put in. It starts with the body but it feeds into every aspect of life, thought patterns, behaviours, the little things which make up the bigger things.

I went to Ari Diskin not really being too aware of how much I needed to see him. After an initial consultation in which we discussed physical and emotional trauma and why I was here, Ari proceeded to do some scans and testing. When I received my results I became shocked at the way in which I had been ignoring pain that I had been living with for years and excited in moving forward to move better, live better and think better.

After only three weeks and multiple sessions later I noticed a huge change in the way my body felt, the way I was sitting, standing and sleeping and importantly how focussed and calm I had become.

So here's the thing people! I started my journey with Ari and Diskin Life just over 4 months ago. It's been a journey through Chaos to Calm & Contentment. I would highly recommend Dr Ari Diskin. I'm only about 1/3 into my treatment plan, but have already experienced some amazing results.
