I started seeing Ari more than a year ago. I had experienced problems with my legs cramping while running and nothing I had tried had made the problem go away. Within a month of treatment there were changes I hadn't even expected. Not just related to my legs either! I was running, sleeping better and generally feeling good.
Then.almost 9 months ago, I had a bike accident causing a dislocated clavicle which then progressed to a frozen shoulder post surgery. The freeze apparently happens to about 20% of people post surgery for unknown reasons. Although it feels long to me - I have had a rapid recovery from my frozen shoulder. Ari's treatment has helped me immensely and it's always nice to see a friendly face when you aren't in the best frame of mind.

Hello, I am writing to share my experience with Diskin Life. My journey with Diskin Life began when my sister recommended the clinic for its excellent adjustments that helped her improve her physical and mental health over the past two years.

When my family visited, my sister convinced them to see Dr. Ari as my mother was suffering from back and neck pain. We were impressed by Dr. Ari’s expertise, and my mother's condition significantly improved after her adjustments. Even my father, and my siblings received adjustments and experienced positive results.

I was struggling with mood swings and back pain, irregular period, and after 24 adjustments, I noticed a significant difference in my body's posture and became more aware of my physical and mental health.

I am grateful to have found such a skilled and knowledgeable doctor like Dr. Ari at Diskin Life. Melbourne is fortunate to have such an excellent clinic, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking to improve their overall health and well-being.

Opposite Fitzroy Gardens and in a city of many hospitals, there is an Oasis of light, a Sanctuary for health and wellbeing ~ Diskin Life.a very vibrant and happy tree in front of the building is foretelling of the blossoming and growth I/we can achieve from stepping inside this portal.

I am starting this review with the center itself, which upon entering embraced me and activated shifts in me instantly already. The many years of having cultivated highest level of life enhancing care, education and transformation by Dr Ari Diskin and his team is immediately palpable. There are many different zones on 2 levels, to spend time 'in the zone', to introspect before, during and after adjustments, beginning with the very warm, welcoming and informative reception area. I found magic everywhere and felt stimulated on all levels of mind, body and spirit, through the information presented in different ways, the various artworks, educational presentations via charts, screen, pictures, and articles.adjustment tables in many different colours and (sound proof) windows connecting with the outside world.
The Center is filled with life force energy and highest vibration and I felt instantly very safe and at home.

Dr Ari does a very comprehensive intake and assessment, which was super interesting and gave me great insights of my physicality and the unseen. His expertise, experience, professionalism, skills, care, talent, passion, intuition and warmth are like no other I have ever experienced, and he is truly an exceptional master of his healing art. The detail in the center and the care is highly professional, supportive on all levels and very nurturing, instigating multi-dimensional and comprehensive healing.

I have come to upgrade my health, wellbeing and life, and also to shift some current physical expressions. Living on the Gold Coast, I flew down to Melbourne and spent a day at Diskin Life.
The changes I have felt from this one day are phenomenal.deep releases in my body from long held constructs and patterns.lots of reorganization happening.new pathways opening in my body and life.and I had a swollen gum for several months, which has been completely resolved since the sessions at Diskin Life. I have been feeling more deep inner peace and focus, and my general sense of wholeness has been increasing. Upgrading is infinitely possible and I am excited about continuing working with Dr Ari.

I am a 58yo woman, faced many hurdles in my life which impacted my mental and physical health and It was just getting worse with time. Every morning waking up with painful body was kind of normal thing for me and then i met Dr Ari and from the very first adjustment I could feel improvement, I am continuing my treatment and have built a lot of faith in him. God bless him he is a saviour.

Dont know why i took so long leaving this review. I have been going to Dr Ari since Sep22.when i first went to him, i was sceptical but from the very first adjustment, i have seen a big improvement in my sleep and as of today he has solved 90 percent of my issues, he has fixed my sleep, my stiffed knee now i am no more anxious, i feel calm and light most of the time, he is still working on my other long standing issues.

I had been experiencing daily headaches/migraines, vertigo, pain, fatigue, partial hearing loss and was in constant flight/fight mode for well over 13 years, life did not feel too good.

I first saw Dr Diskin 19th June 2022 and have been having regular adjustments since. I am absolutely blown away by the progress made, I have maybe only experienced a headache twice since seeing Dr Diskin, I am now able to drive short distances without getting vertigo or anxiety, pain is much reduced, I have more energy, sleeping better and overall, I feel happier and more confident.

The best way to explain what Dr. Ari practices at Diskin Life is how we can realize our body as one-integrated system. Like most, I went to this facility to treat a pain at a particular part in my body to apply chiropractic practice. When I first went to see Dr. Ari, the way I introduced myself, "I am Raj suffering from xxxx" as if the pain was an extension of my identity. Dr. Ari applies both his domain expertise of having spent 35+ years in this field and complements that with great technology tools and offers adjustments that are gentle but very effective. After taking a full cycle of adjustments, and listening to very insightful presentations from Dr. Ari, now I realize that have to see the body as an integrated system and there are ways to make the system work in harmony. It was clear that the system was designed to work in harmony and we introduce "noise" due to various factors like physical stress, emotional stress and chemical stress to disrupt the balance. Dr. Ari helped me with adjustments that took care of my pain and restored the balance but went beyond the pain to make me think of how I can look after my system as a whole. It has been a fantastic life experience and I am looking at life with a new perspective. I strongly recommend anyone suffering with physical and/or emotional pain to visit Dr. Ari and his facility. Diskin life has been a life changing experience for me. It’s much more than a Chiro practice. Dr. Ari is a great listener and well versed in creating adjustment plans to suit individual needs. He focusses on an integrated system approach which is completely tuned with the way human body works. I have started practicing the concepts in my day-day life which has made my system work in unison. Instead of identifying one with a pain in a specific part, I love the idea of an integrated system and I can confirm that it works well. Great to be in this practice.

I’ve always experienced pain in my back due to my scoliosis whenever I stay in any position for too long, making it very uncomfortable for me to relax whenever I sit or lie down in bed. However, after I started seeing Dr Diskin, I can totally feel the difference. My back pain has gotten so much better, and I can sit comfortably without having to change positions every five minutes.

Not just that, I also feel like my body understands what’s best for itself now, without me having to really think about it. I started to sit and stand straighter, and also breathe deeper.

Being introduced to Dr Ari Diskin was a godsend for me. I found myself in the right place at the right time. I had most certainly found someone who would look at me and my needs holistically: physically, emotionally, socially, and from an overall health and wellbeing perspective. My acquaintance with Dr. Diskin came about by chance, my wife overheard a comment from a work colleague about a chiropractor who had treated him with amazing results, at first I was sceptical, I’d heard so many hollow promises through many years of treatment for chronic neck and back pain due to years of sitting at a desktop computer.

Dr Diskin conducted a thorough assessment using state of the art equipment to determine a base point for my individual situation. This was followed by a series of ‘non-invasive’ spinal adjustments (over the course of approx. 4 weeks) for which I experienced instant positive results. I soon realised that the previous cracking and crunching endured over many years by other practitioners was sending my central nervous system into a frenzy.

As for most things in life ‘reward for effort’ is key, Dr Diskin has provided me with the tools and knowledge (still so much to learn) to enable me to improve my wellbeing, lifestyle changes that I have never even considered before should ensure continued success.

Dr. Ari David Diskin, within 2 adjustments, lifted chronic pain from my knees. Within 2 weeks of adjustments, I sit straighter, pains and aches in my back, neck, head, eyes and limbs and other conditions such as eczema lifted. My humour and joy in life returned.
