Over priced on a number of things. Please think about the industry you are in and stop charging more for basics even though during covid kinda circumstances. Disappointed

I am highly impressed with the staff at this chemist. I had visited the Chemist Warehouse in Point Cook to have a stat declaration signed. In the past I had spent a lot of money each month there. I was asked to wait 40mins as I would need to be shoved to the back of the queue behind paying customers who's wait was only 15mins. I was disgusted and decided to visit Direct Chemist Point Cook instead in hope of better customer service. That's exactly what I got. The staff here were warm and welcoming, they were more than happy to sign my stat declaration and treated me with respect. I paid the small fee and left feeling grateful. I will be shopping at this chemist from now on. Good manners cost nothing, and poor manners lose you customers.
Thank you Direct Chemist Outlet for reminding me that quality service still counts for something.

I was at Direct Chemist Outlet Point Cook last week. I was helped out by two staff members Lina and
Aaliyah. They were both very helpful and went out of their way to help me find if Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker was stocked by you. They looked for me and I received a phone call with information that I needed.
I will be shopping here more often that’s for sure.

Always approached with friendly customer service. I went in one particular day to buy baby formula, as I was about to pay for my purchase the sales girl gave me some complementary sachets of the formula I was buying.

A couple of weeks ago, I walked instore enquiring about vitamins. A lovely young lady, Lina, told me all about the jshealth vitamins. I was hooked. However, it wasn't in stock at the time. The amazing saleswoman offered to order it in for me. Such wonderful customer service. Will definitely be coming back.

To the shop & manager: your young girl counter staff and inside shop assistant had assumed my behavior as theft and directly asked 'is there xxx in your pocket? " with 100% confidence (even more confident than policemen) at the counter under a wider customer group. They failed to use your shop policies to perform a friendly receipt check or a formal inspection. They need to be professionally trained to avoid your shop losing good customers.

To peers: please consider shortening the shopping time (e.g. Stay 5 minutes) to reduce the possibility being assumed conducting illegal activities in this shop.

This place used to be called Pharmacy Select for several years. In 2019, they changed their avatar to its current name. Words of caution: (1) they have adopted the colours of Chemist Warehouse. (2) They have adopted some words from the Chemist Warehouse name. (3) Money: they are still not matching the lower prices of Chemist Warehouse. Their service has not reached the higher standards of the Chemist Warehouse chains. It is poor form that they have attempted to pIagiarize the name and colours of the Chemist Warehouse. Their service is as poor as it was prior to the attempted makeover in 2019. They are attempting to dupe the simple customer. Be warned. I don't like this place. Please visit the Chemist Warehouse at the corner of Tom Roberts Parade and Boardwalk Bvd for (1) better service (2) lower prices (3) originality. Have a nice day.

Absolutely awful! My husband and where disgusted. Thought it would be an improvement from the chemist previously there but the new pharmacist is awful

Recently moved to Point Cook and discovered this Pharmacy, good to know it's still possible to get decent advice!

Called in for the first time a couple of weeks ago, very impressed with the friendliness and great service. I mentioned how Chemist Warehouse had been out of stock of my prescribed hypertension meds for months, and the pharmacist looked it up and said, "We can get it! " and did. Very happy and they will be my regular chemist from now on.

Been prescribed a tablet for my 3month old and talked to the staff about how I was supposed to make that work. They are having it compounded into a medicine syrup. Thank you very much it will make it so much easier to give my child his medicine now.
