I have been a customer of Direct Chemist outlet in Glenroy for over 15 years. I trust the team there because both the sales assistants and the pharmacists have been consistently helpful and go over and beyond at times to ensure I have either the medication I need or the products I request even if they are not currently items they would normally stock. My scripts are all on file and I don’t have to ever worry about losing them or not having the medication I need. Oh and did I mention by far the cheapest! That Always helps!
I went there today to get a script for my dad and Rany (the pharmacist) was very helpful as he suggested to organise a Webster pack for my dad and that made things a lot easier for myself and dad thank you Rany and your amazing professional staff
Great customer service, staff are always very welcoming and helpful and always go above and beyond for me, if they don't have the item I want in stock they will order it. Mark is my favourite pharmacist, he remembers everyone's names including mine and that's what I love about the store.
