A lovely male pharmacist on the phone assisted me and could not have been anymore caring and helpful, an absolute delight.

I usually go this this store because one of the lady in the counter is really professional and gives her best service.
However today I had the worst experience in the same store there was a lady not a pharmacist in the prescription section who had the worst behaviour, She rolled her eyes and made a frustrating sound her voice tone was quite rude and bad body language and gestures. She just spoiled the reputation of the store, never had experienced such a bad behaviour

Staff super efficient, product knowledge was fantastic, customer service from Wendy was amazing! Will shop here all the time from now on. Keep up the great work!

Awesome customer service, staff are always very welcoming, helpful, always go above and beyond for me especially Wendy. Nothing is to much trouble for her. Always give me the best advice with different products and especially new products as they come into the store.

Pricing is fantastic so there’s no need for me to look elsewhere. Highly recommend to everyone!

The only pharmacy we use. Rany is always happy to help no matter how busy he is and will go the extra mile for you and the other pharmacists are very kind and welcoming too. Terrible service Mark refused delivery during corona of asthma medication. I did not need it today, Mark advised he was unable to help as it would require a 5 min deliver which I was happy.to pay for tomorrow. Disappointing

A great pharmacy to walk into. From the wonderful pharmacist's to the gorgeous ladies working the floor makes going back time and time again a very easy decision.

I usually shop at chemist warehouse but was passing by and went in it's Smaller than I thought and had less than 1/2 the products I usually buy. Also I had a script filled and chemist didn't even ask if I'd taken medication before or explain to me how to use medication as most chemist s do.

Absolutely brilliant pharmacy, most of my dealings have been mainly with Rani, Mark, Hong and Wendy who go beyond the call of duty as l am sure all staff members do.
