Purchase a wireless camera that failed after some months, they will not reply to emails or answer the phone, do not deal with this company

No return calls. No reply emails Unable to ever contact ANYONE yet when in there the staff just stuff around clearly only there to attend and pickup a pay cheque. DISGUSTING SERVICE

I have been attempting to obtain information on a camera DigOptions have advertised:
"Van Dome Reversing Sony CCD Camera HD Rear View IR Caravan Black Full-Colour LED, Item Number: RC-DC03-B"
Has anyone else purchased one of these cameras and able to comment?
It is described as "Reversing Camera", "Rear View" camera, and "Reverse" camera.each of these terminology means it should be a "Mirror Image" camera, as opposed to "Forward View" (normal) camera.
Yet wanting to be sure before ordering/paying, I wrote for clarification… requesting it be confirmed it is as described.
I sent a message via their website. No response after 3 days.
So I sent another message via their website. No response, other than seeing an automated message: "will respond shortly".
Four days later I found an email address and emailed.
I promptly received a reply from Andy, stating (as copied from the email) : "I don't beleive these have the ability to mirror the image".
I replied to clarify that I don't need to flip the image from default, but understood the image would (by default) already be 'Mirror Image", as the camera is listed as mentioned above. But I’ve not heard back.
I realise it's only been another 2 days since then, but it's a simple question.so I've now left 2 messages, and emailed again.so hopefully I'll receive a response to confirm it is what it is stated as.effectively: a "Rear View / Reverse Image Camera, for Reversing" (as the Eyoyo monitor I purchased, which was clearly stated and illustrated to be able to 'flip the image horizontally and/or vertically' and even how to set this in the menu.is not able to do so at all!)
If the camera is indeed a "Rear View" camera, then great. I'll order and hope that it is what it should be (be Mirror Image), and have the resolution as specified (700 lines, with Sony CCD image sensor).
If it is not, then it (and probably several other cameras they have worded the same) should be amended to state they are "Forward View" cameras.
I look forward to some useful feedback.

Absolutely appalling service. Tried calling everyday for 2 weeks to find out where my product was after being told it was express post. Every time i called they would leave me on hold and hang up. AVOID THIS SHOP (still haven't gotten my product after 2 months of purchasing it)

Tried multiple times via phone and email to contact this company. Bought a head unit in late October for our Nissan X-Trail purely because we wanted a larger screen. Due to covid and not being in any hurry to install we waited until 2 weeks ago to fit it. It was an easy installation because it came with a wiring harness that was factory fit, it would not power up at all, nothing worked. Refitted original radio and of course it's fine. But now we have intermittent electrical issues with our car, instrument cluster flicking on and off, ac controls stop working and have to turn ignition off and on again. There's no instructions, no serial number and no contact from DigOptions. We have now contacted consumer affairs as we feel there's no other option. We want a full refund which we have been advised we are entitled to. Wish we had read the reviews before purchasing. 12/5 Update I was finally contacted by [Name Removed] at DigOptions offering a full refund once they had received the item back. I was given an RMA form and I express posted with signature required. They received the item 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my refund. I received a message on the DigOptions face book saying that [Name Removed] was sick and that the store had been advised to proceed with the refund, it didn't happen and I was then blocked. A week later I received an email from a person called [Name Removed] saying they can't find the item could I provide the Australia post delivery confrontation bearing in mind it was signed for. I then received another email 4 days later saying they could not refund through PayPal as PayPal won't let them due to it being an older sale which is funny because I still have the option to refund to anyone I have sold to even after 7 months. I was asked for my bank account details which I provided twice to be sure. I was sent a statement saying the transaction had been done but I discovered they had changed the last digit of my bsb and used my middle name instead of my last. When we questioned this they told us we had to contact our bank to fix it. This is not possible. They have now seased contact. I do not believe they have any intention of refunding my money. We have discovered the owner has 4 companies listed under Masten enterprise's. I will not give up until I receive my money. This company is dishonest. I will follow up with images of the emails I have received from DigOptions shortly.

Incredibly appalling customer service. They pride themselves on quality and service. They purchase their products from China and portray that they have the service and quality to back it up to Australian standards. Don't waste your time and get the Chinese products for a third of the price and the customer service is better and the quality is on par or better. I have done it for car players, dash cams etc. No joke I have been waiting 3 months for a pdf document!

Very bad after sales customer services,
An item I bought started playing up about 7month after I bought it. I have been trying my luck with them since Oct 2021. It is now Jan 2022 and still no luck.
Over 3 month and I leave messages on phone, email with hardly a reply. When I do, it’s 1 email probably per month.
Twice I spoke with someone over the phone and twice I was told technician are looking into it and then silence. No update, no nothing.
As I write this review I will continue to try claim warranty on my faulty item and I further file complaint to ACCC if I still don’t get assistance

Avoid at all costs!
Terrible company, Spams car forums. Bad quality product, terrible to deal with, refuses to warranty and provide refunds. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Sell cheap chinese head units, they are selling WINCA brand from China. Would be much cheaper to buy it from aliexpress directly.

I'd love to give a review of my new 16" Android stereo which I purchased 25 days ago but it hasn't arrived as yet.
No contact from DIG but I've rang a couple of times and apparently no units were in the country as yet.
Emailed again 4 days ago and still no reply.
I'm leaving for a big trip soon and having no working CD player, bluetooth or aux input I'm hoping it arrives in time as I also ordered it with the OziExplorer maps, OBD2 tool,  and the TPMS options - great for an outback tour.
With any luck they might get one and airbag it to me and I'll have time to fit it before I leave otherwise I'll have to make other arrangements for music in the car and off grid mapping.

I feel it misleading to be advertising a unit for sale that's still not in stock 25 days later and poor business practice not to contact the customer to keep them updated.
Running a business myself I always advise customers of whether an item is in stock and/ or expected lead time for delivery.
I'm hoping my review prompts a better response than my communications.

I'm looking at your 'CAMERA ONLY' section and yet there are MDVRs here as well as cameras with monitors.

Moreover, you list cameras as HD that have atrocious resolutions that don't come even close to being 'high definition' - 400 TVL = 1280*720? Yeah I don't think so.

HORRIBLE UNIT! Would give zero stars if possible. I bought the latest unit to fit my Triton after their last unit died after 2.5 years. (Should have been a warning!) The home creen is frozen for the first 10 mins minimum EVERY time I switch the car on, great for short trips! Constant ‘system errors’ even when trying to play a simple music cd. Unless I disconnect the battery for at least 10 mins to reset the system every time prior to going out the maps are constantly ‘looking for satellites‘ and will not work. I purely bought this unit for the maps and it’s been worse than useless. Have emailed the support page countless times and have never received any useful information. There’s probably 20 other issues I haven’t stated here because at this point it’s a waste of time. No support whatsoever. Extremely frustrating!

After placing order, Roadmaster GPS Head Unit arrived via post very quickly. Have since fitted to my 2007 Mazda BT50, easy install and works brilliantly!
All functions are easy to use, the navigation works very well and the audio quality is better than expected.
Living in a country area I find the radio receiver is very good at picking up and holding stations.
Whilst instruction manual is fairly basic, the online videos are informative.

I bought my Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) from DIgoptions and what a great system it is. Capable of monitoring 22 tyres, I use it to monitor the tyre pressures for my caravan and ute. It has already saved me the expense of replacing shredded tyres and I wouldn't be without it now. It is also interesting to monitor tyre pressures/temperatures under varying load conditions. Digoptions provided many good options and their customer service were outstanding. When I had a failure with one of the sensors they were quick to replace it under warranty. The ordering system is easy to navigate and I received the goods in a timely manner. I checked other sources for comparable replacement sensors and was unable to source anything remotely as good for the same price. I have nothing but praise for Digoptions.

The absolute worst company I have dealt with purchased my unit over 6 months ago and still have not had my issues dealt with customer service is non existant all I am asking for is that my unit does what it was advertised dab radio does not work even after buying 3 more different antennas car logo display wont work the reason I chose digoptions was for the customer service in all honesty people you are better off buying a chinese unit off ebay with a fascia to suit your car at half the cost and the customer service will be the same the only time I heard from them is when I call them and I have been pretty patient with them thats why I have waited so long to post this review. So in short people stay clear of this company.

Bought a stereo/nav unit from this company via eBay. Have had some issues with the unit and after a bit of a rough start they have been responsive and helpful, still working on sorting things out but they seem genuinely interested in helping me out

I bought a replacement Head Unit for my Mercedes Benz, and had a lot of technical issues. The unit kept crashing whenever I made or received a phone call. We tried software and firmware updates, still to no avail.
Eventually David from sales coordinated a replacement unit which works well.
Unfortunately David has had to step in several times because Dee in the support section does not answer emails. For someone who is employed for his technical skills, he appears to struggle with email.
If not for the good work of David and his customer service, I would have rated Dig Options a one star.
The company should really look at improving the (non-existent) customer service in its support area - it appears that David Gedye is the one who holds the company together.

I just bought map updates not happy with the menu settings and not same as the old navigation setting options very limited.called for help but the response was very bad, worst customer care, and not guanine products for that money.
