Diamond Creek Hotel

Menu is a little limited but the food quality.and service is fantastic.

Indoors can get a little chilly with the aircon but the upstairs terrace bar restaurant was perfect for a family night out at the Diamond Creek pub!

Bouncers need to check themselves and reduce the size of their egos by ten fold. So rude immediately ask for ur ID even tho ur only going to eat food, interrupted us when trying to order food to ask for our IDs again. It’s common courtesy to not interrupt ur clients dinner to ask for ID which uve already shown. Monitored my friends and I even tho we were over 18 the disrespect don’t go here.

That short haired, female security guard has got some serious issues. Never seen a more disrespectful person working at a pub in my life. Will not visit this place again.

Well imagined being told- whilst eating May I add - that a member of staff will have to take my plates off me because The Staff put us on a table in the smoking area and never informed us they was an apparent rule!

So the food was great. The bouncer however needs to check herself. We were seated, unbeknownst to us, in the smoking area. Halfway through our meals (which were served to us by their wait staff) the bouncer comes over saying we can’t eat here and told us to move tables! When we say no, we are in the middle of eating, she then had the wait staff come and try to take our plates off us! Amazingly poor attitude that was completely unnecessary. The bouncer then proceed to give us dark and mean glares for the remainder of our stay. The management may wish to consider the level of authority she seemed to have. It made what should’ve been an easy Sunday afternoon unnecessarily unpleasant.

Friendly pub.nice atmosphere and good food. Those who want a large gaming room may be disappointed.as it is quite pokey (pardon the punn)

They definitely need new security staff, they are rude, intimidating & completely unreasonable - you're making regulars/locals not want to come back.

Bad experience here. Attitude issue with what looked to be one of their managers. Shouted at me and my mate do not let them in. Scared other people and did not explain why we could not go in. Went to other area and quietly went to have dinner with no issues.

Awesome pub, rippa food.walked out with $2,600 in cash from the pokies.not bad.did I mention they have vic bitter on tap?

Staff and venue really nice but my meal was not worthy of the $29 I paid for it. Ordered roast of the day with mash and seasonal vegetables. Roast pork was tiny bits of meat reheated in gravy. Bland and tasted like reheated food. Mash was dry and seasonal vegetables were carrots, zucchini and capsicum. Definitely not vegges you get with a roast. To top it off no crackling and had to ask for apple sauce. Very disappointed. Will not be visiting again

Big shout-out to the hotel and staff (especially Hayley and Amy) who made all the Mum's feel so special for Mother's Day. Fabulous local pub. Always great food in a warm, friendly, country feel atmosphere.

Would not let my friend and myself up due to disagreeing about the class that visits the diamond creek pub (blue collar). They have to grow up in how they deal with the public, I will not be recommending to a friend.

Cosy bar and restuarant to hang out with friends and family. Reasonably priced.
Highlight of the week is Trivia Night on Tuesdays.:)

Premises very good. Cocktails great. Service great. Gluten free meal of steak and chips not good as it was steak and 3/4 plate of salad and cooked veges. Presented without conversation or deduction in price.

Went here for a family lunch, good selection of pub food, good sized serves, friendly staff and very reasonably priced. Would happily go here again.

The Diamond Creek hotel has a some of the best service from their staff. The quality of the food is also good however the price and variety leaves a bit to be desired.

We had a function here in the rooftop bar area. Finger food was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was a good size and was set out well.

Went there last night with my wife, stepdaughter and father-in-law. We found the prices were absolutely great for the meal size. I had battered fish and vegetables for $25. My father-in-law and stepdaughter had Had 500 g steak for $30. My wife had roast pork that was $25. They were really big portions, the only thing my stepdaughter had to critique them on. Was the mash potato was not to her liking. Overall the staff were absolutely great and friendly service we could not really fault. We hope it stays this way when all the restrictions for the COVID-19 pandemic are lifted.

The renovations really added to the awesome atmosphere of this place!
The amazing team of staff are super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to assist you.
The meals are generous and the selection of cakes is TO DIE FOR!
If you're in the area - the Diamond Creek Hotel is a must!

Staff very friendly the service was prompt.
Meals are plentiful.
Great choice of foods.
