Lovely family business. Needed quick service after flying in for an event that evening, and they were excellent. Got the dress ready in time and beautiful friendly service. 100% will use again.

Mary is incredible. I have had her alter at least 20 of my garments and she has always got them to fit perfectly first go after spending three seconds pinning. I honestly do not know how she does it. She is also a great storyteller, very fair and reasonable with prices, and turns things around with lightning speed. Today I dropped off five pairs of pants at around 2pm, and she had already taken in two of them by 4. This was a complicated job, not just hemming. Highly recommend her. Hot tip: bring cash. There are no card facilities.

Deniz is an institution within the city among lawyers in particular. She's no nonsense and works long hours because her clients come first. I sometimes turn up around 7am and she's already at her sewing machine. She has a great sense of humour and a big heart. I don't trust anyone else with my shirts and suits. Her prices a very reasonable, even cheap, when you see the results. Highly recommended.

She gets the cut exactly right every time and always leaves her clients feeling so happy with their garments. I have 100% trust in leaving any piece of clothing to Mary. Absolutely brilliant.
I get all my alterations done here from shortening sleeves on leather jackets to hemming pants. Also incredibly fast turn around and done with a smile.

WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICE EVER!

The lady was on the phone (with a friend, not customer). When I explained where the dirty area needed to be cleaned on my jackets, she didn't listen to me and said, "I see everything don't worry, I know everything". She wasn't even looking for my jackets at all and seemed like she wanted to continue chatting on the phone.

On pick up day, my jacket was not ready as promised and I had to come back half a day later to pick it up.
As expected, the result was not satisfactory, the stains were still there. She said, it's not guaranteed to clean, but try to clean again and no extra charges. Okay, that's great. Yes, please!
Just to make sure they'll clean where the stains are, I tried to explain.
And again! She has no interest to hear what the customer needs. She kept talking over the phone all the time when I was there. At the end, she said " If you don't like it, you can go get somewhere else cleaned". Then she did not accept to take a clean again. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this place.

Mary is absolutely fantastic! I came to her looking for a dry cleaner (she outsources it but they did a great job on an old jacket) and her sense of humour led me to returning to get some recently purchased large designer pants altered at the waist and the length adjusted. She does quick and skillful work, and is great for some side banter. Highly recommended and I will definitely be returning regularly.

Even though I don’t work in the CBD anymore I will go out if my way to get her help, as she’s done such a great job on altering costumes and clothes.
