Excellent service, ordered decking timber online Thursday afternoon, received delivery Friday late morning. Driver asked where to best unload and placed timber right next to garage entrance. Good quality of product, very pleased.

Had a small project and needed some pieces of timber and managed to get it here. Their website is pretty good. Found the staff very friendly and helpful and was able to get the timber cut to the length I wanted. Went to Bunnings previously and they weren't helpful at all.so glad I went here instead.
Price of timber was also good.

Placed order online for timber for project at home on Sunday evening. Timber was delivered before noon Monday. Now that's what I call service.
Highly recommended.

Demak have been helping us recently with a few projects and couldn't be happier. We used their ballustrading wire on our most recent decking and was by far the best I've used. Great system too, try it on your next deck and you'll know what I mean. The wire itself is a higher quality wire than usual and you can tell the difference. Thanks guys!

We have done a lot of work in our back yard in recent months, and as a result we have made countless phone calls and visits to various suppliers for everything from pavers to decking. Trying to get advice and quotes etc. It can be a challenging process.
The team at Demak have been the absolute standouts throughout this whole experience.
We dropped into Heathmont one day to look at the Trex composite decking. They could not have been more helpful – even pulling out full lengths into the sunlight so we could see it better. A new colour was coming in, and they took my details to get a sample of Gravel Path sent out direct from the supplier.
A couple of weeks later they followed up to make sure I had received it, and then sent a full pack of samples themselves.
Daniel was fantastic, we had three decks to do, and were going to do it in stages, he was more than happy to split the quotes so we could see the cost of each deck, he happily answered all questions (and there were a lot!) and we felt confident and comfortable with our decision.
Without exception, everyone we have dealt with have gone above and beyond what you would normally expect in customer service – from sales support to delivery – excellent service.
So many businesses would do well to learn from these guys.

I needed some Garden Edging (LinkEdge) and the Adelaide company recommended Demak Timber which I was a little hesitant but I ordered on Monday afternoon and the full order arrived Wednesday morning on the Gold Coast. Superb wrapping, very reasonable postage and no issues with the order. Brilliant service online and in delivery. Congratulations Demak. You could teach many other businesses about customer service.

Be careful not to buy green planks. A year ago I shopped around for 6.2m palings and these guys had the best price, including delivery. A year later and the palings and plinths have all shrunk by 1 inch (2.5mm) in each direction. I've been having to make a lot of adjustments to get rid of the gaps. Only buy fully seasoned timber!
