Exceptional experience from super nice crew. Helped my dad and I with some strange lengths of fence timber, cut them to size and loaded them on the trailer all with wonderful humour and smiles. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Update: The owner/manager of the business responded promptly and emailed me privately to ensure this complaint was taken cared of and refunded me the delivery fee. They do take quality service seriously. Shop with confidence.

The product is good quality but the delivery driver was irresponsible.
First I heard swears at the front and when I open the gate. I saw the truck driver sat in his seat just wave at me and drove away. No indication of that delivery has arrived. No notification email or phone call for delivery time prior. They did sent out a order completed email some time afterwards but who would know it is delivered.

I did not find out until several hours later that my product was dropped at the nature strip. They are 700 dollars product and the driver did not even leave them in the carport.

I have been buying timber from Demak for over 20 years. The service has always been great and never more so right now in the challenging timber shortage and Covid times. Cori's service when ordering was exceptional and Aaron's delivery skills were excellent, placing the timber in a great spot with no damage.thanks Team Demak, again!

Absolutely brilliant service. Ordered online from Adelaide. Received a call to sort out the transport, and then received my 2 metre pack of Screen Up end supports in less than 48 hours. It's a shame they don't have a hardware store in South Australia. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Brilliant service but have bought a lot of timber especially fencing and the quality and pricing has been exceptional. I refuse to go to Bunnings for timber Hardware or paint (unless an emergency or outside of Demak operating hours). These guy are that good. I recommend them to everyone!

I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to discover Demak. Really happy with the range and especially the customer service. Case in point: I ordered the wrong width of merbau decking and Demak were more than happy to pick it all up when they dropped off my next order and provide me with a refund. The process was seamless and stress free.
