Delilah Hair Studio

For the first time since I can remember, I walked out of a hair studio feeling heard, understood and confident! I was so lucky to have James do an amazing job with my hair. I’m so glad I trusted him to give me the most beautiful curly bangs! He walked me through everything as he was doing it and why he was doing it, I was educated on my hair while being pampered. I am so so grateful and am feeling my best self. Thank you James, and thank you Delilah studio for leaving me feeling my best self x

I'm very picky with who cuts my hair and it was hard finding someone that could understand what I wanted. Yet, James nailed it! I'm very happy with the result and I'll be surely coming back!

Just had the most amazing curly hair cut from the lovely Naia. She took the time and care to consider everything in my cut- framing my face gorgeously, ponytail, layers, keeping hair out my face, keeping me comfortable and I’m sure much more I don’t even know to think of. More than that, she left my curls looking and feeling happier than ever. Will definitely be returning and would recommend Delilah to anyone wanting an absolutely killer cut and a great experience!

I had an appointment with Josie on Saturday morning. Honestly the best hair cut I've ever had, my curls naturally form way better after showers now. I won't ever get a wet hair cut again, only dry cutting for these curls from now on. Unsure if I will colour my hair again, but if I do I'll test it out here.

Not only was my hair healthier and prettier after the service, the costumer service was amazing. They even offered my partner (who was not getting a cut) a coffee/tea, which was very nice. My green tea was lovely:)

Jasper was a DELIGHT. Kind, friendly, funny and most importantly, skilled cutting curly/ wavy hair. This has been a lovely experience and I will definitely be returning. I will be highly recommending this place to everyone who will listen

It was a delightful experience having my hair cut by Mr D aka Adrian. He used a razor with precision to chop off my hair and it wasn’t scary at all! I’m not sure if I’ll ever want to grow my hair long again.

I have taken my son here twice now - he has long curly hair. George was so amazing with my son who has sensory issues. I can tell you that it is a great feat to get my son to go somewhere again - and we are about to book again in a few months! Thank you for outstanding and calm service:)

Great experience as I was nervous but was very excited to be able to get in so quick for a curly hair cut. Loved the way Jasper worked his magic and created my new hair style. I hate the hairdressers, so much anxiety and uncomfortable-ness. The staff at delilah were receptive to this feeling and they helped me get through it and come out with an awesome curly haircut! Dani was great to me. Thoughout our interaction Dani answered my questions, from - "where do I look at you to speak, to you.in the mirror or do I turn around? " To "what do you think about a XYZ for my hair? " Dani asked me questions, checking in on what was comfortable and what wasn't including asking if I wanted or liked head massages. I don't and so Dani didn't. I really like the curly cut I get at delilah. You don't end up with perfectly sculptured and defined curls that make you look like the next curly person in the chair over. You get curly hair that has some personality, a haircut that will embrace your frizz and tizz and look good when you style it at home! Thanks Dani! And thanks Delilah!

I have been a loyal Delilah customer for years now and am so happy with my wonderful hairdresser George. We always have a discussion about style before cutting and he nails it every time! I have wavy hair and it’s been a mission to find a hairdresser that embraces curls. Now my grey hair is coming through - they advised me no more colour appointments as it looks fab! In the past, the colours are vibrant and long lasting and I’ve loved them. Anyone with gorgeous curls here’s the place for you! Adrian the owner is a superstar working alongside a super friendly bunch of humans as well, I ️ Delilah!

George is a God at cutting and styling curly hair, it’s an absolutely art form. I love my curls, best haircut I’ve ever had!

I absolutely love Delilah for their fun, inclusive atmosphere and their bold, progressive style. Mr D is an artist. I can't believe the miracles he can achieve with my fine wavy hair. I feel like a million bucks when I leave. Jasper is also wonderful.he was able to create the exact colour look I was after and he is so kind and lovely. Seriously could not recommend Delilah more. Best hair stylists in the land. Go here if you want hair that turns heads and attracts comments of awe and wonder. Brilliant.

Dani was excellent with my curls. She was happy to listen to me and get me the haircut I wanted. Delilah's staff is fantastic. Hence, you got what you for your hair.

Feels great to be in a salon with your own kind with curly people of all different ethnicities. I had the cezanne keratin treatment. I did note they said it's unlikely to reduce curl and more for reducing blow dry time and defrizzing, however it seemed to reduce my curl by about 60%, I wear my hair straight a lot anyway so I don't mind. I feel like my blow dry time hasn't been reduced nearly as much compared to other keratin treatments. My hair is looking so much healthier, less frizzy, will definitely be coming back.

Finally had my hair stlyled by Danni after having 2 appointments cancelled due to lockdowns.
I am not familiar with the cbd and ended up in Carlton instead of Brunswick East but after some encouraging phonecalls from the lovely Bridie I eventually arrived and warmly welcomed by Danni and Mr D.
My experience with this fabulous team was nothing short of excellence. I am in love with my do and so impressed by how accommodating they were to ensure that I still had my hair cut and looked after from beginning to end.
I will definitely continue to visit this wonderful hair studio and cannot recommend them highly enough
