Delhi Rocks reviews
57What a place to be! The food feels like home and reminds of mother's hand. The atmosphere is so homely and the food quality and quality! MashaAllah. So good. Best place to be for food around in CBD. "DELHI ROCKS" is a 10.
Best restaurant ever! All the members very friendly and the environment is so good to eat!
Easily one of the best indian food at CBD area. I love the chai served there and aloo parathas
OMG, most memorable Sunday lunch, in case you missed Rotis / flat bread / Chapattis or are travelling, you will be overwhelmed with the customer service, quality, hygiene and professional handling
Great place, super vibes, family get together n more
Thalis with a choice of three gravies n meat mix / vegan mix, must place for foodies n must have Gravy Lovers. Plus add more to the side
Kudos to the Team, Delhi Rocks
Great when you eat in but disappointing for takeaway - specifically don’t bother with the half serve of chicken biryani. It’s a tiny container of mostly rice and like two tiny bits of chicken. In store however I find the portions to be generous ️
Extremely value for money! Personal fav would be the paneer and lamb curry! The free chai tea is honestly better than the ones you'd buy in powder form. Highly recommend!
Food is like home made, when I want to eat and feel like "garam garam roti" this is best place for that, nothing fancy, cheap price, fixed menu and enough portion, Thanks Delhi rocks!
Worst service I ever had with them today, I been coming here from last 5 years, I asked him for a deal comes with 2 curries and rice, he even didn't even bother asking me what curries I want, he just put daal with rice and handover to me, I went back to my car and checked, first time I experienced that worst service in any indian restaurant, if there would be option to give 0 star, I wouldn't be giving 1 star, I won't be coming here in future.
Best wishes
Just bought some dhal and aloo (potatoes) and 4 chapatis
Aloo are rotten
Chapatis was so hard
They rushed for my order
Disappointed as I always visit this place
A great restaurant with authentic Indian cuisine. Unlimited rotti meal is the best. It’s a busy restaurant during the peak hours though. Highly recommended!
Tables, dirty and beggars come inside and ask money/coins 2 stars only for tea. Rest all place of shmuck
Really great place to satisfy your stomach. Food quality is just like home. You can get any number of chapaatis, as long as your curry lasts. Without extra cost:)
Fabulous, authentic, fast paced.
Fresh unlimited roti circulates constantly. Bottomless marsala tea.
Loved it. We will be back.
It’s just an everyday place for many people. Does a great job serving food for hungry and needy workers at affordable prices. Food is fresh and cooked to requirements. Worth visiting and taste is good too.
My first time to ACTUALLY have Indian food aside from those microwavable ones and ready-to-cook jars you buy from Safeway.
I loved their unlimited roti dish with 2 curries and a dessert with it. I also had the mango lassi which was perfect to pair with. They also close quite late so it's perfect if you're in the city and feeling hungry! Loved it. Will definitely go back.
From foreigners to locals everyone was eating here. Liked the samosa but curry tasted mild. Not sure what menu gets the complementary rotis but patrons seem content.
I ask my friend to order on my behalf because I was working he ordered the food I go there to collect the food was for to people but my friend order only for one and giving the food they asked me to pay. But after receiving the food I told them there mistake but instead of listening they argo this is the worst customer service.
Homely food, takes us back to India, its nostalgic and true value for money.
Staff is very good and courteous.
Dont miss the hot tea, must have after dinner on a wintry night
This place is always good for unlimited rotis. It's gulab jammun is excellent. The price is decent. Food options are great.
The quality of the restaurant is a bit poor for Melbourne CBD location. If the seating and cleanliness here was good the restaurant would get better ratings.
