Deep Blue Hot Springs Warrnambool

Really a relaxing adult only experience. Enjoyed how peaceful it is, a lot of unique hot springs. They had a range of products as well for sale. Love the atmosphere. Wished they had more food options.

Absolutely terrible experience. Only stayed for half an hour as there were too many people and screaming children. Staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

We were told to check out at 11: 00 am and the lady receptionist didnt even give us a notice that were going to get charge for it! Explained the whole situation to a different receptionist and still get charged! Small and crowded hot springs didnt even get to relax for our get away! Terrible experience

The best place to come back to relax and rejuvenate. The hot springs at twilight are a must try. There are 15 bathing experiences and there were two favourites, the silent rock pool where one can get lost in meditation and the muscle relax pool.

It was overall a nice experience to relax here for a couple of hours at the hot springs during our visit, however we have been to much better and it’s very small here and ruined a little by the enormous overlooking buildings whilst you are trying to relax.

Majority of pools are 30 + degrees except 2 cold plunge pools. Not suitable for those with blood pressure issues. No pools heated to medium heat only so very disappointing. Limited area and a crowd so not pleasant soaking in the pools. I wouldn't go again

From the moment you arrive to when you leave, you feel special. The friendly staff, modern facilities and many pools to emurse yourself in. Thoroughly enjoyed.

We had a wonderful visit to the Deep Blue Hot Springs last week. We were impressed by the whole experience. Everything was clean, the environment was calming and we felt completely comfortable even during these strange times with Covid19. We took advantage of the winter special price and felt it was good value for money at that price.
It was the perfect way to unwind, de-stress and chill out. Highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.

The twilight session was magic. Hopping from different temp pools with blissful minerals to soothe the soul. Shared a delicious cheese platter and then bathed in the glow of the lit up pools once the sun went down. Felt truly relaxed and slept like a happy log that night.

Attending the Sanctuary was like going on a mini-holiday! The pools were beautiful, the gardens and paths and layout provided privacy and added to the atmosphere. The food in the nourish dome was great quality and quick to be served. Limited numbers meant you had space to yourself to enjoy some quiet time and relax.
