This young plumber, Josh came to my house, he removed his shoe before he enters. He had shown great respect to my family by doing that. He is a very friendly guy and was very obliging. He provide a calm and supportive approach when asked to perform more checks and changes of taps in the laundry and en-suite. He is fast and neat in his work. He is worth the timely call out.

I have worked in customer service for 30+ years and dealt with many tradies in that time. One thing that annoys me is when a tradie doesn’t turn up on time and you don’t get a call or a text to let you know they are running late. They just don’t show up, which I find extremely rude and unprofessional. This isn’t the case with McCarthy plumbing. I got a text to say they were on their way and they turned up on time as promised. If you don’t want to be waiting around all day for someone to turn up deal with this lot. Totally professional. Good job guys.
