Standing around then looking for ages to find someone to take the Tommy Hilfiger bag off the security wire. Nobody works there. Then go up to the shoe department who had looked at me a few times and ask them to help because I want to buy the bag. I get told that I will be helped in a second. OK not bad I can see she's counting the till. Then another staff member comes along and they start talking and casually keeps slowly counting the till while the other employee just talks. They looked in my direction a few times in about 10mins and I think OK. I guess I won't be served today. So I go looking for someone else and there is a group of 3 employees in a circle in the middle of the makeup area just giggling and talking away huddled up. So after 4 attempts to find someone to get this bag off the security wire I left.

I went to Myers and I was out with a paid bag in half the time when I went looking for a person to get the bag I wanted to buy off the security wire the 1st time.

That is an hour of my life I won't get back.

And it's not the 1st time either, same thing happened in the purfume department a while ago.

Received great customer service by Adele from the baby clothes department over the phone (I was so frustrated by many other stores taking forever to pick up the phone and not be able to help at the end), Adele was friendly and super efficient!

I was referred to David Jones Maribyrnong to replace a Mattress that was purchased there 2 years ago. I rang through and was advised by a lady where I wanted to be transferred and then placed on hold.

9 minutes the lady comes back and asks which Department and placed me on hold again.

30 minutes later.still holding. Won't wait. Not that I'm impatient, sorry, there are plenty more places in Melbourne that are happy to sell me a $5,000 mattress without the poor service and the lack of communication.

I went to by face cream in DAVID JONES Highpoint ESTEE LAUDER February 13 2019 they have promotion like spend 75 and more and get make up set free IM NOT SO HAPPY AT ALL for that sales lady in ESTEE LAUDER SECTION they are not very helpful if you can see your CAMERA im waiting so long someone to help me suddenly i bought what i want then l left outside DAVID JONES i check i found out that sales lady give me USE LIPSTICK then i went back to show you give me use one she said thats the only left so i ask if she can call DAVID JONES BRANCH so i go there and pick it up.she said NO THEY DON'T HAVE she din't even try before said NOTHING SO DAVID JONES HIGHPOINT GOODBYE BETTER IN MYER EVEN 20 TIMES I GO THERE ALL THE SALES PEOPLE ARE VERY HELPFULL ZERO STAR
