First time having dinner here. Nice local Korean restaurant.
Friendly staff. Great to have an air condition available on a hot day. Food has good amount of spice:)

Jjajangmyeon, jjambbong, sweet and sour pork, and kkanpunggi are all so delicious. Totally recommended!

Food were all lovely and taste were on point. We love how neat and presentable to food were. Soup was served warm with generous seafood toppings. You get more than your money’s worth in every dish we ordered. The staffs were too friendly and accommodating. We got nice recommendations and gave us everything we needed during our lunch there. The shop was small but nice and comfy. The seats are huge enough for bigger groups and it wasn’t loud and noisy when we were there. Plus factor if you’re not driving is the proximity to Mount Waverley station, it’s pretty much accessible within 4 minute walk from the train station.

It’s been a while I came to this place, the food literally very disappointing. I ordered a bi bi Bam it’s very sweet and I can’t taste any other flavours and the rice OMG it was very moist and idk what I am eating. And the Tangsu pork, the sauce tasted very weird with the capsicum flavour. We also ordered a small bowel of the soup, unbelievable, do they own a salt factory or something? It’s extremely salty that human being can’t even swallow it, it’s like just eating a bunch of salt. I will never come back to here. Not even worth the money, such a waste of my money. Jesus

I really liked Daol, but did the chef change every time I visited this place… Previously, jjamppong had fresh seafood, clear soup color, and clean, and sweet and sour pork was also chewy and the meat inside was soft. However, jjamppong seemed to have re-hashed the soup yesterday, and tangsuyuk was also hard meat inside as if it had warmed up yesterday's dish. I'm very disappointed.
The staff are still kind, but the food was the worst, the chairs in the store were so dirty and the hygiene was not good.
I am ashamed as a Korean.

Seriously, best jjamppong I’ve ever had.

Perfect taste - smoky, savoury, and spicy with good variety of tender seafood, charred vegetables, and good noodles. It was also fantastic value because of the large serving size.

I ate it when I was sick and I instantly felt better. Saved half of it for a second meal for dinner, because the serving size was so generous for the price.

I don’t think much else needs to be said. I give my compliments to not only the highly-skilled chef, but also to the management and workers - because they should all be proud of the high-quality food they serve.

The fact that it was this good being a delivered meal is astounding. I hope I can visit the restaurant in-person to dine in next time.

Had a fantastic dinner with a group of friends. The food was amazing and very tasty. Well presented and good service from the staff. It left me wanting to go back and try more from the menu. Daol really does attract good luck! I was lucky to find this place!

Beautiful authentic korean version of chinese food. If you are new to this place try the black bean noodles, spicy fried chicken/prawn and sweet and sour chicken. Best to try with set menu during lunch time! Awesome place

Friendly faces, great food and service. Been there many many times with friends and family. Never failed to deliver.

Authentic Korean food in Mount Waverley suburb, the owner and staff are from Korean and they welcome you warmly as long as you entered into the restaurant.

Food is great and every meal we ordered tastes flavourful. We ordered too much and staff also kindly advised we can order some and add later, which is considerable.

Price is relatively cheaper than other Korean restaurant in this area and you can get 5% off if you choose Liven pay.

There are some negative feedback for their staff customer service but I think that particular staff left and overall feel great.

We would definitely coming back for other meals.

Why did you waste my time?
Call 20 mins in advance for pick up, came to restaurant on time and paid. Told me there’s only one dish awaiting.

Turned out they started to cook after I arrived. Then why do your take phone call order?

Also the meal was already done but they did not let me know…. So when I get home, food is cold.

Cosy place with good entrees for the children and adults had a great time with delicacies. We love spicy udon.

Absolutely love this little gem in Mount Waverley. Amazing food, great service, and reasonable servings size. Also love that they seal the take away containers.

Sunday night was quiet,
Asked a very friendly beautiful blondé lady for a recommendations and got to have fantastic dishes, Yang jang pi was the best one. Also she recommended us beautiful wine, which made us get the whole bottle. I hope she can serve us again next time:)

The lady served us was so rude, made us feel quite upset. The Seafood noodle soup was oily, luke warm and tasteless.
The stir-fried pork lunch box was terrible. The meat was dry and papery. Not fresh.
Never again.

Good Korean style Chinese food. They have different taste with other Korean restaurant. Heard many Korean people like but just ok for me.
