Very friendly staff and helpful, I accompanied a friend who needed a neurologist, she did not have her updated referral Robena made sure that our visit was not wasted, she went out of her way at a busy time to arrange the referal and other test result from radiology and other paper work needed and made us feel comfortable through out our time at the practice. Highly recommend the practice for their professional approach.

I have visited Dr. Raghav twice and found him to be excellent. He is very knowledgeable and honest in his opinions and advice. He has advised me on what medication I should take but also given me extra exercises that he said will also help with my multiple sclerosis. My parents and I were immensely impressed on our first visit. I am also seeing another neurologist in the city but I will continue seeing Dr. Raghav as well. I am happy to pay the out of pocket costs.

I had an appointment with Dr. Mina Ghaly. The appointment was 45 minutes late. Once I could finally see him, he spent another 5 minutes on a non-important social call during our consultation. He asked me the same health questions three times, so he obviously was not paying attention to me, nor did he care. After the appointment, I realised he gave me my prescription under somebody else’s name and information. He is careless and does not pay attention. That does not only disadvantage me but is also a negligence the other patients privacy. Upon calling reception to request my correct prescription, I was I could only have it if I make another appointment in a month. All of this trouble cost me my time and $360, and I still do not have my prescription.

Very informative and helful in relation to my medical condition. Staff were very helpful and responded in a courteous manner to my questions.
Also off street parking was a bonus as I eas dreading the parking from previous experiences.

Dr Raghav is the worst Dr I have ever been to after a 5 min consultation he told me that I had Parkinson's. Dumbfounded I asked him what that meant for my future. He said "Don't you know what Parkinsons is? " me a brochure and a script and said come back I 3 mths and walked out of his office leaving me in tears.

I have been a patient of Dr Sanjay’s for almost two years now. I was referred to him after previously seeing two other neurologists for roughly ten years with no relief from my symptoms.
I had no previous knowledge of Dr Sanjay but was pleasantly surprised to find him kind, honest and knowledgeable about my condition.
In the first two visits he explained my condition, gave me some information & we worked out a strategy to relieve my symptoms.
I have since been able to come off most of my medications and I have little or no symptoms now, but I also know if I have any problems, I can leave a message with his friendly receptionists to pass on.
Also, as an extra bonus his office is conveniently situated in Dandenong on David Street with plenty of car parking behind which is a luxury in David Street.
If you need a neurologist who is caring and supportive to manage your medical condition, I would highly recommend Dr Sanjay Raghav.

I met the most awkward Neurologists ever, Ravi Subramanian was so rude, don't waste your time and money in this premises. Simply a useless clinic, in vain.

My husband has been to see Dr Ganga Ganesvaran a number times now and we are pleased with his attention to our concerns and the treatment of my husband's condition. The staff are friendly and pleasant to deal with.

The first time I met Dr Sanjay was in Frankston and I still remember the welcome I experienced, it was so professional and heart warming.
I have continued to see Dr Sanjay but in Dandenong as it was closer for me to travel and it was doctor’s suggestion.
It is always a good experience when I visit his clinic as the staff and everyone are caring, welcoming, extremely polite and professional.

I have been a patient of A/Prof Sanjay Raghav for a complicated case of vertigo that I have been suffering with. I found A/Prof Raghav to be most helpful and knowledgeable; he performed a corrective manoeuvre on me which was most beneficial. He also referred me on for further testing to eliminate other causes. I find A/Prof Raghav to be very kind, caring and efficient; the reception staff are also very helpful and polite as well. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have been under Dr Raghav's care for over 3 years and the care has been exceptional. The staff at the clinic are very pleasant and I am very pleased being treated with professionalism and understanding.

On our first referral, Dr. Sanjay immediately ordered a MRI. It was surprising to see how quickly he diagnosed the dreaded Parkinson's disease and took all possible action like medication, exercises and all possible treatments.
