I wholeheartedly recommend Dandenong Neurology. Over two years - from the very first appointment my husband has been looked after very well.
The Neurologist Sanjay has always listened, been helpful & kind. My husband has benefited greatly by being under his care. The staff - particularly on reception have always been warm and welcoming toward us and all their clients!

I am extremely impressed with the level of service I have received so far from Dr Ganga. He is kind, compassionate, understanding, and of course, very knowledgeable. Jen and Doreen at reception are an absolute delight!

I had appointment at this clinic, and subsequently needed to make further appointments. The reception staff were outstanding and were extremely nice and helpful. I Highly recommend this clinic.

I have been struggling with debilitating pain and spasms in my neck, back of my head and ears. Electric shocks in my head that are getting worse.for the past 2 years now. I still don't have any answers, I have had to leave my job. I saw Dr Burkhari who gave me Botox injections, In which have not helped. He has now told the receptionists that if it didn't help I need to see a pain specialist. I travelled nearly 4 hours and had to stay in a motel overnight due to the early appointment, and $650 later nearly all of my pension was told to go elsewhere. And still no answers!

Exceptional patient care once I was able to get a referral mobilised it was an easy and steady process, despite the COVID challenges.

I will like a higher priority in obtaining an earlier first appointment.

Also to be noted it should never be a video conference call which Dr Wahid Bukhara was particularly bothered when it occurred the second visit. The delay in picking up my condition by his expert eye will have saved me months of delays in medical intervention.

Having said that service was highly professional, calm, gentle, caring and particularly client focus from Dandenong neurology.

Dr Wahid Bukhari had immediately identified the problem and called me again post my consultation encouraging me to present at ER or obtain an immediate MRI if the task was not achievable to ring his clinic for assistance. He wanted me checked immediately, not putting fear in me but maintaining urgency.

The next day my MRI confirmed Spinal cord compression and he was on the phone the second I was out of the MRI supporting my husband and I but also very quickly leaving it to the team at hand.

I had surgery and so fortunately I am here to share my success and to give thanks to DR WB for his attention to detail and show the highest level of medical oath he has taken and practice with inky the patient care and wellbeing in mind.

I walked in for yr 10 work experience and left with so much inspiration. The staff are so friendly and respectful, all the way from the amazing receptionists to the dedicated doctors. They are all genuine people who sincerely care and put in a 100% without a miss, everyday.

To be 40 minutes behind already then go and wash his dishes then make himself a cappuccino and leave us waiting even longer is ridiculous. Not happy.

Dr. Mina Ghaly is very friendly, kind and helpful. He has helped me with managing the pain from my trigeminal neuralgia. I feel much better since I’ve been seeing him. When I have had issues and had to call him outside of an appointment he got back to me quickly. I would highly recommend him

Dr Raj did the nerve conduction test, he along with the 2 receptionist were just lovely.

The test by Dr Raj was step 2 of 3 (surgery) I recommend this clinic In Dandenong as their customer service is second to none.
I was under anaesthetic for the procedure.
No more numbness or tingling & I am back at work as an ambulance officer

The doctor was amazing, my daughter is autistic and has anxiety. He was very understanding and talked her through the appointment and the treatment plan. The receptionists and administrative staff were amazing helping her both over the phone and at the clinic. Thank you to all the staff and doctor

Asked the nuro for a call back. He called me back 10 days later. When I confronted him about it he said "I don't work for you" and faulsley claimed he called 4 days later and left a message, didn't like my"language" and hung up. Not sure "dr" Gali owns the practice but not recommended. The staff are nice though. I'll give a star for them.

Dr. Salar McModie is a wonderful neurologist, very gentle administering botox injections for stiff muscles.
Staff are very friendly & helpful too!

Doreen was so kind, warm and welcoming. The reception area is so calming and beautiful with subtle scents of essential oils, low lighting, a beautiful soothing landscape artwork behind the front dest only surpassed by Doreen's lovely energy.

(The lady who dose the actual EEG's however was not autism friendly and made me feel like crying.)

The admin staff was kind and attentive
When I asked a question or was unclear about something, they patiently and in a friendly manner explained what I needed to know.
I saw Dr. Mahi Jasinarachchi for my neurology test and I can honestly say that rarely I’ve met a professional as friendly, kind, helpful and warm as Dr. Mahi.

Doreen is amazing! (All the people i saw were great) She went out of her way to get my external appointments booked urgently. Im sure i was a pain with all my phone calls but she made it seem that nothing was two much trouble. I would recomend this place (hopefully u don't need it, though) to all.even if its just to experience th "Doreen" factor

Dandenong Neurology have been great in assisting my mother in her recovery from a stroke. They have a more holistic approach to medicine and advocate meditation as part of the treatment which has been very helpful.

Staff and doctors were very helpful and patient during my daughter's consultation. The front desk ladies were quite kind. I'd like to say thank you to Rubina for being courteous.

Dr. Sanjay was very approachable and the team members were very helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Sanjay and team.

Very nice, well maintained premises.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful, Rochelle in particular went out of her way to help me.
First visit for me (I usually see my Neurologist closer to home) but on first impressions I can't fault the place.
Treatment wise, my Neurologist Dr Ravi Subramanya has looked after me brilliantly for many many years.
