My personal experience wasn’t so great I brought a car from Dandenong Mitsubishi a few weeks ago from the used car section I didn’t expect a brand new car but I didn’t expect my car to break down and have problems two weeks after I brought it I took my car to my personal mechanic and he didn’t just find 1 thing wrong with it he found about 8 things wrong with it that did not pass a road worthy check which I brought the car with rwc I was very disappointed but I wasn’t rude about It I called them up and explained the situation at first they were very kind and wanted to fix the problem, they said they were going to send it to Hyundai to be fixed because it’s a Hyundai car, but they kept delaying to fix it so I had to drive out of my way which is 1 hour and a half away from them they had the car for two weeks to fix it they gave me a car to drive in the mean time but over those two week they never called me with updates to let me know what was happening I had to call them and after those two week I went to pick my car up and I took it straight back to my mechanic to make sure everything was fixed and he said they did everything except for two things so at that point I was very disappointed and angry I called back and told them what happened and the people from Hyundai were so rude to me and he was angry that I kept calling cause my car wasn’t fixed and had problems he ended up hanging up on me I drove back there and when I got there he was so rude he said “give me the keys” and slammed the door in mine and my friends faces and I’ve never been to the area so I wasn’t sure where to go so I walked back in and sat on the couch and after they fixed it I took it back to my mechanic and he said he did the break fluid flush twice but my mechanic said he didn’t so I will never be coming back here nor will I ever be recommending this business to anyone.

This is clearly the best experience I’ve had with Hyundai Dealership in Victoria. Honest and friendly staff. Very accommodating when you make requests for a urgent service or even a recall fixed. The same can’t be said about other Hyundai dealerships in Melbourne who only prefer people who have been with them before. Tony from service is a gem of a person who gives honest opinion and pleasure to deal with. I hope Dandenong Hyundai gets rewarded for their efforts to put customers first.

An amazing experience when purchasing by new Hyundai Tucson recently from Hyundai Dandenong - Samir who answered the very first call was polite and so helpful and agreed I could transport the only new shimmering silver Tucson Elite available in Australia at that point from Victoria to Queensland and despite the global pandemic it all went smoothly and my new Tucson was delivered on Thursday! I Samir kept my informed and updated each step of the process with calls, emails, live streaming and photos which was awesome! I love everything about this SUV from the unique body shaping to the remote start functionality that starts the car as I approach! The 10.5 screen display for my media and apps and the remote parking assist feature! Thank you to all the team at Dandenong for the outstanding service!

Turned up for a pre-booked test drive and nobody knew anything about it. I put it down to miscommunication, but even then the sales team were disinterested in helping. Despite the dealership being empty, the 4 sales guys didn't offer any further assistance other than to suggest that maybe I booked with the car yard next door. I left pretty annoyed and went to another dealership. Completely different experience! The test drive was booked with Sam but unfortunately he was out on a test drive when I got there. He rang after I had already left and was super apologetic for the rest of the team.

Thank you guys for selling me an actual roadworthy car which drives as described. As I was telling the salesman, nobody shop at Automax. They sold my girlfriend a completely broken vehicle so a lawsuit will be opened there.

Just bought a new i30. Sam was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole transaction really easy for me. Sam organised a trade in for my old car as well. There's lots of Hyundai dealerships out there, but I'm glad I went with this one for the good deal and great service. And I love my new car!

Ridiculous people on phone and at the counter.
I called for a part and over the phone they said they have in stock come and get it.
In 20 mins I was there and they said we don't have in stock.
Such time wasters and ridiculous service.

As I was looking at the cars in the yard a salesman named Sam with a big friendly smile asked if he could help me.from that moment nothing was too much trouble and he accompanied me to test drive two vehicles. As a woman, purchasing a vehicle it feels scary as we don’t always understand fully the specifications of vehicles. I told Sam what I really wanted in a car and he showed me the one’s that would suit. Sam explained everything fully and said it was his wish to see me happy and to purchase the right car for myself, I would highly recommend Sam if you’re looking for a new vehicle he is one of the best and friendliest sales persons I have come across.thank you Sam for your care and attention.
