Paid a premium price (that I consciously chose to do) for a sub standard ‘backyard’ install. The fixings and gouges in all plaster walls left me with a $1400 repair bill. Contacted DGD and was offered a too bad so sad explanation. Extremely disappointed I will explore CA options and see where I get. Simply disgusted!

Absolutely rubbish service, no communication at all and when you call in they act like its an inconvenience to have to talk to you. Door has never worked properly and has hit several people and cars as the hinges fitted do not hold the door up enough to get a car out or even stay open. Once they have your money they don't care what happens. ** the installer is an awesome guy, he should be running the company! **

Amazing service from start to finish. Peter who came for the initial review and quotation was very knowledgeable and accurate with a wonderful customer demeanour. This continued when only 2 days later Shannon arrived to do the installation and was not only very efficient and quick, but took time to “tune” and explain the mechanics of our new setup. Overall an excellent experience.

Don`t waste your money, very poor attitude from installer and staff- with 4 doors fitted over the years
