I've been coming to this clinic for a few years. My doctor is Dr Kareema Takki. Have always had a wonderful experience, she always takes good care of her patients and is very caring. I take my 4 year old daughter to her and she absolutely loves her. My mum also comes to see her. She's become our family doctor. They also have a wonderful nurse, Joanne is very gentle with taking blood and is great with kids.

However I will say I went today to do a blood test unfortunately Joanne was with another patient so had someone by the name of Zaineb do my blood test, and she was absolutely terrible! My arm still hurts, and she wasn't friendly at all, just shoved the needle into my arm, felt such sharp pain. Never ever go to her. Next time definitely waiting for Joanne!

My family and I have been attending this clinic since it first opened over 10 years ago now.
We have always found all the reception staff, nurses, collectors and doctors friendly, polite and very approachable. In particular nurse Joanne has been absolutely amazing with my mum, I can't thank her enough
Also Dr Kugar has been a God sent for our family. A brilliant doctor, very thorough, honest and helpful. A humble man and a beautiful soul. And as I've said to him many times "Bless you doctor"

Clinic that charge $1 for 1 mask.

I have been attending this clinic for a long time now. Masks was not mandatory before. When I went for my covid vaccination yesterday receptionist made me pay $1 for 1 mask. I don't mind wearing a mask but the fact that they charge $1 for 1 mask is ridiculous.

I needed a medical certificate for my daughter and I called them in the morning. They told me that the doctor will be calling me from 6-11pm. Doctor gave me 2 rings at 5.37pm which I happened to miss as I’m expecting a call from 6-11pm and then when I called back twice the receptionist said she will ensure the doctor will ring me shortly. Waited till midnight and no ring. Said they only have one doctor. If they can’t do it then they really shouldn’t promise. Super unreliable.
Rang them again in the morning and receptionist said the same thing again. Hoping I’m able to get the 2 days Mc my daughter needs.

My family & I have been attending this clinic for about 5 years and have always been happy. Dr. Taki is a great doctor! But the clinic says it’s open till 11pm but they never have any available appointments after hours my next available is in 5 days! Apparently they have no doctors available. It used to be a walk in but now it’s a struggle to be seen in the next few days. It says they open 8: 30 but they won’t answer the phone till 9: 30.

Great clinic! Receptionist is so lovely over the phone and in person, saw the female doctor on duty who was thorough, professional and friendly.

First of all I wish I could leave zero stars.
I usually visit this clinic and I’ve had no issues. This time round I had a very bad experience. The receptionist mena was absolutely rude unwelcoming and dry. Doesn’t make eye contact with the patient and she made me feel like I was not welcomed at all. I really felt it was because of my hijab she seemed a bit racist. I went in with my two daughters, they are young and picked up on her energy. Her mouth wouldn’t stop chewing when I was telling her I had an appointment, I understand sometimes we don’t have time to go out to lunch at work but eating at the reception is really unprofessional. I will make sure I will not go in again if she is at front desk. I don’t need negative energy. She needs to be re trained.

Honestly this is the best medical centre I have ever visited. The receptionists are so friendly and the doctors are so nice and professional as well. I never had to wait any longer then 30 minutes. Thank you

Dr. Kugatheepan Ehamparam is the most caring and thorough GP you can ever find. He cares for our family very well.

Patient's medical information is not kept confidential here. Reception desk has full access to your medical file which should be strictly confidential and only accessible to your GP. This is a breach of privacy, I wont be returning.

My toddler was in hysterics and seemingly in a lot of pain. The doctor didn’t take his temperature, didn’t touch him, didn’t examine anything. He put it down to my toddler acting out and misbehaving, and basically blamed my partner and I for allowing it to happen. We insisted that something was wrong and he told us to buy Movicol for potential constipation, but still didn’t physically check anything and he was sure we didn’t actually need it. He was right, we didn’t need it. We ended up in the emergency department a few hours later and after enough tests, they found a UTI. Parents - trust your instincts.

We took our 6 week old to this clinic to get antibiotics for an eye infection. Their temperature monitor then indicated that he had a fever of 38. The doctor tried 2 different monitors and changed the batteries in them twice, which leads me to believe even the doctor didn't trust their equipment. We were sent to emergency, where we got put in the Covid ward because of the baby's "temperature". The hospital then confirmed that he did not have a temperature, infacy at no point (even at check in) was his temperature anything but normal. When we got home from the hospital, our home temperature monitor also indicated that he doesn't have a temperature. You need to replace your equipment, because your false diagnosis is putting babies at further risk with the current covid pandemic.

Worst Practice i have witnessed. Refusing service to a pregnant women because she isnt wearing a mask and has a lawful exemption. Disgusting behaviour by all of the staff involved, especially Dr Kuga. Reporting this to the Human Rights commission. HOPE YOU GET SHUT DOWN.

I honestly couldn’t be more thankful for the staff at this clinic. The doctor was kind and receptionist, Sarah, made my visit very easy and calming. She has a bright and lovely personality. I will always recommend this clinic

Would definitely recommend this place. I had the pleasure of speaking to Sarah when booking my appointment, she helped me get seen the same day. A lovely woman. Great doctors

I would sincerely like to thank Dr Kugatheepan for nailing my issue in my first visit, I was expecting puffers again but was given an ultrasound and found the issue ASAP, shows the doctors here fine tune into the patient, cheers.

So happy with the kind and exceptional service provided by the doctors and receptionists here.

Great clinic, Drs are very caring and excellent receptionists always willing to help out. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
