I’ve booked 2 appointments here and both times doctors been behind the schedule and had to sit there for a while

I rang this clinic today and been on there for an hour or more and on hold and then they just hang up, told me I have been placed in a queue and I am on the fourth waiting list, then 3 rd waiting list then 2nd waiting list then first waiting list and hang up. I rang second Time again and was place on hold again for a long time I am the second in the queue this time and moved to first after 5 minutes on hold and guess again it got hang up. I checked the site opening hours and it says closed till next year? What kind of medical centre is this? At least leave a voicemail saying we are currently closed till next year. This will save time for patients been put on hold for hours and get hang up. Waste of time!

Terrible practice. Long wait times, limited operating hours, unaccommodating staff.

Just go elsewhere.

One of the good medical practices in South Morang. No issue getting appointments whenever required. The reception staff are always helpful and friendly. IMO, Dr Ehamparam Kugatheepan is an excellent doctor with the knowledge and expertise to diagnose and treat health problems with confidence. Plus good communication skills. I certainly give him 10/10.

You really need to fix your landline. You call and it hangs up.if the phone line is bad divert it to mobiles

We've been frequenting these doctors for about 5 years now and over that time, cannot fault them. Yes they may run late, but without a doubt, any doctor will hear your concerns and take you seriously. All the staff are friendly in nature and will do their best to fit you in if they can. Appreciate their service very much.

What a disgrace Danaher drive medical clinic is l have been calling for 5 days to get a phone appointment and everytime l got cut off and you can't book online and finally got through this morning and got told l can't get a PHONE appointment until tuesday night and they use covid as an excuse what a joke that place is

I have been a patient at this clinic for a few years now Dr Kuga is a PHENOMENAL doctor, He provides a holistic approach to patient care and never dismisses concerns and or questions, also the AMAZING receptionist MINAAAAA is THE BEST! She goes above and beyond in her role at the clinic she upholds such professionalism and empathetic approach to anyone and everyone who attends the clinic, she is such a beautiful individual who doesn’t get enough credit for what she does, irrespective of how she gets treated and the extremities she faces being the face of the clinic she has such respectful behaviour and her customer service skills are outstanding I genuinely couldn’t praise her or doctor Kuga enough, my family would be lost without their unconditional care and support.

The only positive thing there was the receptionist. I had requested a full check-up, including blood and urine tests, but the doctor informed me that she could not write all the tests unless there was a specific reason for them and that they were not covered by Medicare. As a patient, I had hoped that the doctor would have taken my request into consideration. It is the patient's problem if Medicare does not cover it, not the doctor's problem!

Additionally, I had concerns regarding my genital area, but instead of examining me herself, the doctor referred me to a male doctor for further examination. It was disappointing that she did not even offer to conduct the examination herself, considering she is a doctor.

I received my blood test results and had an appointment over the phone with the doctor. However, she was half an hour late for our scheduled call and seemed rushed during the conversation. Despite my inquiries, she did not provide thorough explanations of the results. When I received the results via email, I was surprised to see that my Transferrin level was higher than normal, but the doctor had not mentioned anything about it during our call.

Overall, my experience with this medical centre was disappointing and I would not recommend it to others. It is not a restuarant that you dislike the food and pass, it is about your health and better to not risk it in a place that does not care about you at all.

Ive been seeing Dr. Kugatheepan for years now, he is very professional and always has time to listen, everytime i see him, i dont feel like he is rushing but always address my concern properly. The collector Lyn is also very good with her job and she is always pleasant. Nurse Joanne is very nice and efficient.

I needed a basic script it was done quickly and the reception staff were great very helpful when I needed it quickly thank you

My god the racism.i could scream.i brought my adopted child in and the receptionist mina questioned me 4 times asking whether it was my child or not.and then when i got seen the indian doctor had the nerve to say what my son was experiencing wasn’t serious.we ended up in emergency that night.no help at all

Seen 3 different doctors here over the past 2 weeks first one was useless gave me something he shouldn’t have without an examination second was again useless the third one actually examined me
Now I’m in hospital on emergency surgery list
Have been going here for years will never step foot back in.

If you are a doctor see to your patient not give them pills without examination and send them on there way I’m so angry!

Not to mention the wasted money on meds.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Receptionist by name of tina or mina (not sure) was so rude and no help at all. Disgusting and dirty clinic do not recommend

I have called the clinic on Saturday 14 January at 2: 35 for an urgent matter, the recipient wasn’t co-operative and she was rude and hung up the phone.

I want to make it clear that the ladies at reception are absolutely lovely and are great at their job. The same cannot be said for the doctors at this clinic. Especially the male Dr who I won't name.

The only good thing about my appointment last night was the receptionist. This doctor told me I didn’t have a fever (I had a fever of 40 degrees and rigors when I got home) told me I should be be taking antibiotics (I took them for two weeks in October) said I should be wearing a mask in public basically shaming me for not wearing a mask. And to just take herbal reminders and cold and flu.
I have never been more disappointed in a doctor or a facility that would let their doctors make the patient out to feel like they were wasting the doctors time.

The worst service ever we received so far. They gave us a visit time at 10pm so we didn’t call anywhere else. At 9: 30pm they called saying that they can’t make it. Our family were so sick and they didn’t even bother to apologise.
Never go back.

I have just been going there, the receptionist Mina is really nice, polite, respectful lady. She answers the phone as if talking to one of her family members! Tnx Mina
