Dan Murphy's South Melbourne

Well, it's terribly expensin fact. I find orange that going without booze on a regular basis is better for one's health and bank account. I really don'they are making large malcolms on most products.
I know the taxes are very hi on spirits. However, considering it would probably take. It's 2 or $3 to produce an OK litre of vodka.

Store was extremely well set out and the male staff member that assisted me was super knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I received what I was seeking. The Dan Murphys store is by far the best one that I have visited over the years and highly recommend this store to everyone.

Best place to find wines and liquors. Very wide variety of wines n liquor collection you can find here with good price. Service is always good. The staffs always happy to guide you.

NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FROM DAN'S AGAIN. I am a 50 year own woman who had my order returned as I did not have a physical ID on me. Now there is no phone number to call, how the hell am I suppose to have my money returned if I cannot physically speak with someone

Disgraceful service Dan Murphys.

Went in to pick up a bottle of wine. Needed some help, one of the attendants was incredibly helpful. They were very easy to talk to and knew a lot about the wines. Felt a bit like I was talking to someone doing a wine tasting. Super informative and in the end I ended up buying a lovely bottle of Grenache that they had recommended.

Your customer service has gone completely. Your chatline is a joke, not working at all. I have unanswered emails and messages with you, nobody cares.

We've shopped at Aldi in South Melbourne many times but never ever thought to drop into Dan Murphy's, right next door so this was our first time visit to this store and wow! It's a very impressive uncle Dan's with a large and extensive range of wines, beers and spirits and from both low to top of the line prices. There's something here for everyone's taste and pocket! The staff is supper friendly, very helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable about the range in store and the customer sevice given to us, this being our first time visit, was first class. The store is in a great South Melbourne location with convenient free 2hr parking in the carpark directly above the store.

First time visit, huge place for all selections.
However, staff was busy looking her mobile at checkout counter, I feel disturbed her moment as she was not patient at all when recommend me to join as member. Not a great customer service with senior staff: - (

I remember previous shopping experience in Dan Murphy in Prahran was wonderful. Will go back there.

Haven't been here for a while, but they have recently had a huge make over. Including a huge range of beers, most of them in fridges on display.

Highly recommend having a look, as there are beers I've seen here, that aren't avaliable at other Dan Murphys nearby.

I know it is only Dan Murphy’s but this store simply goes beyond being just your standard liquor store. Every time we have gone in, especially since their new revamp, the staff have been exceedingly professional and friendly which makes me feel good every time I walk into the store. #settingstandrads

Aaaawh Dan Murphy's. For those moments that you have that urge to buy a $3,000 bottle of wine! No really check out the pics some AMAZING bottles and some EXTRAORDINARY prices!
The store was recently renovated and looks really sharp. The store manager was very warm and friendly but the staff that helped me on the floor very convincingly gave the wrong info and if I hadn't looked some more I would leave the store empty handed (hence the 4 stars).

Rodney at Dan Murphy was so amazing went out of his way to fulfill or bucket list dream. Fantastic team member you should be very proud to have such a valuable staff member

The delivery Service is a joke.
It says delivered but the goods were returned to the store undelivered and no one was phoned to advise.

I searched high and low for a particular cider and these guys got it for me, I won’t mention the cider brand as it was a let down, however the guys did a great job in tracking it down and getting it for me despite all the lockdown restrictions. Great work guys

You have a staff name Ross, couldn’t assist with the Minibar section as he was in the far right counter and couldn’t be bothered walking to first counter. Willingly asked me to line up behind again from the first counter. Never ever had this problem until Ross came. Thank you Ross
