Dan Murphy's Rowville

Different from other Dan Murphy's i have been in. Everything about the opposite way, took a bit of getting used to.

This is a large store with a massive range of wine, beer and much more and very helpful staff too.

The layout of this store is fantastic and easy to find what you are looking for. Plus the employees here are very friendly and helpful

Map shows wrong direction some time. So, please take the exit just before the signal to access the parking of Dam Murphy. You don't have to take U-turn for that.

One of the most popular stores in Rowville. The staff are always there to help you and are most pleasant to deal with.

They do beat prices by 10%. Always buy at BWS but very happy with their service for my first visit here. Will call in again for sure

Busy on a Friday afternoon prior to Christmas but huge amount of products as always and plenty of tills open. Never disappoints.

Large range of products, no specials but their prices are pretty good anyway, fast checkout even though it was busy.

I just wanted acknowledge the excellent customer service I received from a staff member (sorry didn’t catch her name but she had short red hair). Went out of her way to find the alcohol I had requested. Makes it such a pleasant experience especially when it’s hard to find the right products. Thank you

Helpful Staff and Good Prices.
All the staff were happy to assist and had a very good attitude despite the high temperatures.

The store manager, a man in his 40s, is not nice. I tried to buy a cask wine with a badly damaged cask box (had hit the floor before), and I asked for a little bit discount.this manager brutally refused. Haven't met such an unkind staff in any Dan's before. Not a pleasant experience.

Staff were super helpful! And when something wasn't available they used their knowledge to show me something like what I was wanting.

Clean, friendly, decent price. Requires an alley-oop to get into the carpark if you're not on the right road. Smaller for a Dan Murphy's, but still plenty of stock

Dan Murphy's are great in general. This one is just a bit tricky to get in and out of (carpark) which does put me off going to it.

Sam was amazing and very helpful! Product knowledge for all staff members here was exceptional.

Was looking for a bottle of Malbec and was looked after by a lovely gentleman who took the time to explain the different types of Malbec available.

Weren't very happy to beat competitors price firstly, only happy to price match until l asked and then only took a $1off. There advertising moto is they beat any price guarantee only to firstly price match then take a measly $1 off. Bunnings price beat by 10% this is genuine, $1off is a joke.

Store is well stocked but is difficult to get out of the car park. Wellington Road super busy atv4.30

Good store with good service, only annoying part is getting asked for ID on entry by a security guard and then asked again at checkout when the cashier's have already seen him check ID, double handling and very annoying, do one or the other.

The server today, Svetlana, was very friendly. The staff on the floor are really nice, happy and very helpful with anything you need.
