Great store with variety of alcohol products, including non-alcoholic, kosher and imporyed wines
The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Ordering online was simple, straight forward. Going to click n collect was possibly to difficult for the store, so get rid of it. I watched and counted approximately ten customers walk in and out of the store within ten minutes. This was after I pressed the click n collect on my mobile. I waited long enough in my car, that I went in the store, and asked what was happening. He said don't know. I said once you work it out I will be in my car waiting. Fast farward 5mins then someone arrived with my order. No apology, explanation. So I drove off. After two and half hours I get a txt saying that someone will be out with my order. Go figure. Won't doing click n collect again, an will go to another store to purchase things. It's a shame staff customer service is going down hill everywhere!

Fair pricing. Good and calm service. Nice atmosphere but maybe could use a little louder music.

Took mum to buy her alcohol she asked a young man to help find what she wanted he as wonderful she went out happy

Staff here is amazing. Wendy and Clive helped me to pick my drinks.even singed me up with a membership.they know what they are selling.excellent customer service at the counter by the manager.well what can I say.thnx guys.keep up the good work.

Very well stocked with a wide range of beer- local, craft, international. Great range of wines and hard liquor also

Guy that brought my Click n collect order to the car was a gentleman and great staff member. Same could not be said by whoever packed my order. I purchased n paid for 3 bottles of Canadian club 12 years but found 2 bottles of Canadian club 8 years. If it wasn't for the fact that I recognised the bottles by feel when I touched the paper bag looked inside before driving away I would have got the wrong and lower value bottles.

Ordered click n collect twice recently & orders are ready in under 10 mins. Excellent, friendly service

Alwsys find what I need. Especially the Barrossa apple cider. And Strega Liqueur. Some places just dont stock these items.

Not to happy. Bought 11 bottles of vodka and after I arrived home I discovered that I was charged more than the shelf price. Fact is I have to use my petrol to go back to claim a refund.

It was OK, l couldn't find what l was looking for, l asked a staff member who was very friendly she found it straight away.

The variety is amazing! Prices are good. Staff are nice.
Security makes you feel unwelcome and judged. Just a suggestion also to leave some stacks of baskets around the store as we got more than planned so walked to the front to grab a basket and they thought my father and I were trying to walk out with our arms full of alcohol

What's not to like at Dan's? Yes there have been mornings I wondered why I went but that passes by midday give or take

The staff came to check if we needed any help and we wanted a white wine that goes well with Italian food that we were preparing on that evening. The staff member helped us to find a good wine later we enjoyed well. The collection was good. However I wouldn't recommend to go to Dan to buy glasses as the process would be higher than those in most other common places like Target etc.

These guys have everything, well almost everything and super helpful when you need to find the special bottle

I would warn against coming here if you have anything but an Australian ID, apparently they don’t accept USA IDs so I would assume that applies to all other countries. Unclear as to why this is but just be aware.

Access via Wellington road just before Stud road color light. If you miss the correct turning point you may have to drive beyond the color lights to turn back so time will be wasted. Store is on the side of stud rd, so you need to drive around 100 meters to find the shop. Hd quite good collection of everything. Staff is very friendly. Not a crowded place die to the lack of visibility and confusion of how to reach this place. So you can shop freely here. If you are used to do shopping in Stud park, this is the best place to buy liquor as the prices are cheaper than there. Good parking facilities
