Dan Murphy's Frankston

Very good range, but prices not as good as special as they used to be, and the membership points haven't done anything for me yet.

A lot of stock to choose from. Trying to find a particular wine: theyll more than likely hav it. Buy in bulk.

This store is literally one street away from both Kananook Creek and Port Phillip Bay. A large liquor store close to the beach and a waterway ought to be fully aware of the state of their carpark. It is perpetually a disgrace, full of cigarette butts, bottles, broken bottles, cans, straws and, of course, plastic - all waiting to be rained into stormwater. The rear of the store is particularly disgusting.
The carpark is metered by City of Frankston. Regardless of whose responsibility to maintain this parking area, it still reflects badly on Dan Murphy's for failing to insist that the litter be removed daily given their environmentally vulnerable location.
Shame on this store for being so consistently apathetic about their responsibility to our environment.

What can I say Uncle Dan does it always. A wide selection and the guys are always able to help you find what you need. Avoid the Friday night peak hour as everyone drops in on the way home. You can get stuck out on Nepean Highway. Parking tight but usually able to find a space.

Everything in Alcohol that you need at reasonable prices purchased a bottle of black Sambuca at a good price.

Great staff great selection! But security staff ruin the store, everytime I go there I am followed around like a criminal, I'm not carrying backpack or bags and I've never stolen in my life but everytime I'm there I get deathstared by rude security lady.

Everything you could want in a bottle shop. Plenty of stock and variety, friendly staff and competitive prices. Dan Murphy's rewards program is a niche compliment to the chain with generous discounts.

If you drink alcohol they have a wide variety of local and imported varieties to choose from. Staff are good people.

Its one of my prefferred dans in the area as they always seem.to have the stock that seaford and chelsea heights run out of. BEWARE Parking wise you need to try and get one of the 6 or so free spots against the store wall on nepean hwy side though, otherwise you need to buy a ticket or risk getting a fine.

This place is massive and you'd be hard pressed not to be able to find what you were looking for.

It's another Dan Murphy's so the layout and range were the same as any other, however the staff here are better than the average - I came in 2 minutes to closing (a mistake on my part) and rather than pushing me out the door, they helped me in what I was looking for and we're pleasant when serving me. I'm really impressed with this place.

Great selection and store staff are very friendly. But you should probably talk to your security staff. Walking into a store and being treated like a criminal isn't how you get return business. As soon as i walked in i was followed by security. I was followed so closely that when i stopped and turned around she almost walked into me! I was in and out within 5 minutes and new what i was getting. I wasn't lingering or being suspicious. I didn't have a big bag with me or anything. I was in easy sight of quite a few staff. I wasn't grabbing a bunch of things off the shelf. I was just a normal customer. No one else was being followed. And this isn't the first time it's happened. Without fail it happens. And i know why, it's because I'm young staff assume I'm stealing. Stop treating paying customers like criminals.

Twice now over a few months the service at Dans in frankston the service has moved from a low rating to the highest rating I can possibly give.
Let me begin by saying that most of the staff are very hard working but limited with Human Resources until security staff member 02 Michelle came along.
This lady sets a perfect example of the outstanding high level customer service.
Michelle also known as security number 02 knows the store like Rhonda another upstanding employee.
My wife asked Michelle where we might find a specific bottle and straight away Michelle knew where to go
Michelle you are very good at your difficult job.
I hope dan Murthy recognise your positive attention to detail

I'm not an alcoholic beverage drinker. I might of brought water or something. And I can't drink alcohol because of my liver.

Dan Murphys The place to go for all your Party drinks. Staff are always very helpful &polite.

Good size Dans here. Everything you need at a good price. Just don't buy chips or soft drink which is very pricey.

Great prices, great service, friendly helpful staff, they price match, price beat really, I purchased butterscotch schnapps and I told them it was cheaper elsewhere, and they not only met their competitors price, they beat it by taking another$3. Off the price, I saved$5 all up, very happy with the service
