Went in there today to grab a bottle of wine and i was harassed for id multiple times.had three different people ask for my id before i even got to the counter! I understand it’s their job and i may look ‘young’ but i am 19 and i felt very uncomfortable as i left.wasn’t a very good experience for me, felt extremely judged.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Excellent variety of offerings. Rather surprising that some domestics are pricier than some brands from Canada or Mexico.

Its DANs so it gets 5 STARS always great service and advice. Only bad thing is go in for just one 6 pack and leave with full trolly and a $250 bill

Terrible, experience, I just ordered some wine including some for $140 per bottle and collected via click and collect and they have given me a different vintage (not the one as detailed in the order) which isn't as good. Tried calling them and nothing but automated responses directing me to online bots. Dan Murphy's this is unacceptable! Don't use this store, plenty of better wine merchants to choose from.

I was expecting a delay because of Christmas Eve but that was too easy! Click & collect, ready within 10 minutes and they helped me get it to my car. Legends - thanks Dans

I always shop at Dan Murphys. I love the feel of the lay out of their Stores and the selection of products they stock, including price. Staff.are always ready to assist and are very friendly. Love the price of their peregrino water and pepperjack shiraz.

My place to go to especially during the pandemic as my orders were delivered. So very easy to go online as our choice is saved, order and now pickup. Makers Mark is cheaper on line makes husband happy.

Customer service was fantastic. I was on the search for Japanese liquor and the staff member stopped what he was doing to help me out.

Friendly staff, clean store, good parking. Plenty of choices, good prices + great specials too.

Be careful as you enter the store as I salivate every time I walk in so the floor is a little slippery.

I'd give a zero but I got there five to closing time and I was told sorry we're closed great customer service paid till seven finish before hand

They have a great, above average selection of some niche options. Really great to see, this is my first choice when buying booze I want to enjoy

My favourite Dan's in Frankston. Staff always very helpful & friendly in general. They always have everything I need. They have good prices for most drinks. I love a Rum I get there called "Rumba" its coconuty & good to drink straight. Also Bee Mead from the freezer is great on hot days:)

I would like to start that in store team is great and I have no issues with them. The online ordering system and resolution teams of Dam Murphy's are a joke. Ordered products online, paid including postage got advised then delivery should occur (between 1430-1830) with updates and then delivery comes at 0930? Why, how no ones knows. Delivery company does not pick phone at all, Dan Murphy's customer service had me on line for 40 min with no resolution, no delivery and best of all no refund. (advised that it may come in 5 working day) Not a great way to treat a customer, will not be coming back or using your services for sure. Delivery details - # 100950647

It's a Dan Murphy with typically friendly and helpful staff, pretty much like every other Dan Murphy.

Very knowledgeable staff on a huge variety of wines. If the individual doesn't know, they will kindly get someone who does.
They are always quick to assist in the aisles & quick to get other staff on the tills so you don't have a large queue.
Always super friendly.
