Helpful staff and good service. A good variety of products available with an affordable price range.

New kerb side collection for Click and Collect service DOES NOT WORK. Staff failed to turn on equipment alerting them to me waiting as a customer. Waited TWENTY MINUTES for kerb side service that never arrived. Only after I went in store (defeating the whole purpose!) did they realise their incompetence. Pathetic service with no apology and no contrition about their incompetence. Don’t believe the corporate hype about touch free delivery - they don’t deliver on it!

Twice (online shopping) now i have been charged for 6 bottles of white wine but only one package left to pickup I was told last Saturday i would receive phone call on the Monday (no call) Picked up some more online orders. Duty Manager was not aware of my issues. Now told to see my bank to investigate. Not very HAPPY.

Very huge liquor store. If ur looking for Australian wines this is def the place you want to visit.

Staff were not very helpful. Ask a question and their tone on reply was rude. At the counter not asked if I was a member and the only words that came out were “yep” when it was time to pay. Seriously FFS.

Please stop selling Australian produced "European" beer. Even your website says it's imported when its not. Only only the product fine print is it stated that it is Australian produced. It is dishonest, and tastes bloody awful.

Customer service is a pity here. Its not once but since couple of times I have seen there is a wast difference in how they treat customer based on there cultural background.thought the store is big but whats the point when people working here have small hearts.

Great place to pick up a new beer, cider or wine to try out on the weekend. But still has your favourites if that's what you fancy.

Beer selection lacking somewhat. So hard to get to with the traffic conditions at Essendon Fields being worse than third world infrastructur.

It's a typical Dan Murphy's store so offers no surprises. You can pull up and get your drink, as easy as that. My review might be biased because I think Dan Murphy's is the best liquor store I have been to in Melbourne at least.

The staff had fun with me trying to come up with drink combo's. They were friendly and very enjoyable.

I couldn't believe the price of Smirnoff Vodka 1.25ltrs was 5c cheaper than the 1ltr bottle. Great value when your making 160 vodka shotties for a party. The selection of spirits was fantastic as well, couldn't fault the service at the cash register as well.

Can't remember visiting this store, I was probably drunk at the time when I did visit. I don't drink alcohol anymore though, so doubt I'll visit again.

Whatever I purchased back then must have been good, so good, I don't remember anything, I was a bourbon drinker back then though didn't mind a Bundy back then as well.might explain my memory loss at the time.

I have no doubt customer service was great and prices were whatever the market and my wages would bear. Plus they're a business, they are unlikely to offer poor customer service. So three cheers, I raise my glass to this purveyor of alcoholic beverages, hip, hip, hooray!

Had what i needed. Really helpful staff. Location is a little off center, but I do see a better future for this stores position.

Now very frustrating driving to Dan Murphys Essendon Store since road works completed on Bulla Road. Traffic congestion on Bulla rd every day.

Be careful with wine in the specials barrel, some bottles are price higher than other Dan Murphys. Otherwise OK store.

Make sure to give your customers who are picking up a click & collect order chilled beverages. Some people like to enjoy their drink straight away! Worker was happy to swap lukewarm beverages for cold ones. Thank you.

Fantastic range and selection. The gentleman named Hunter was able to provide some fantastic recommendations that I will be slowly working my way through. Definitely appreciate being able to get some advice from an expert.
