Dan Murphy's Essendon Fields

Renovated the store and lost half their stock overnight. This is what happens when corporate think they know better instead of speaking to the staff within the store. Have stopped going because I can’t get what I want anymore

To whoever packed my order for click & collect, you have the worst attention to detail. I ordered a Georg Jensen Prosecco specifically for the gold Champagne stopper included for a hostess gift. Instead I was first given the cuvee without the Champagne stopper then offered the silver Champagne stopper. By the third time, I was finally given the correct and complete product I ordered. This was not a convenient nor pleasant shopping experience for me and I feel sorry for the gentleman who brought me my order and had to run around to find the correct product I ordered.

Friendly staff and the store has plenty of variety to choose from.
And the price is always great.

They have a big space and a lot of variety. They have delivery and pickup options (you can get in).

First time ever that i saw a guy doing traffic control in Dan Murphy's carpark. And you think the roads are bad!

Membership specials, I don't want to be a member of a bottle shop for Christ's sake. I will shop elsewhere to get value wines and spirits.

Rather disappointing i asked one assistant who told me they didn't stock what I was looking for and then I found it myself. The checkout person was much more helpful & pleasant. I won't go back there on a hurry

Website never updated always certain liquors unavailable when it says it’s available online and even after calling to confirm I headed over to the store and they said they don’t have stock! Who does the stock take!

Helpful staff. Was asked if I needed help by two different staff when i had my “I have no idea what I’m looking for” face on. Friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Easy parking and access. Perfect when you’re in a rush and just need some help.

Extensive range of most types of alcohol, customer service is mostly good. Good parking facilities.

I shopped at this store last week and was Impressed by staff team member Frank. I have a broken wrist and he carried and assisted me with my purchasing. He carried to my my car. Well done lovely Soul Thank again

Worst customer service by the staff Vin. He wasnt helpful at all and was very unprofessional. I thought Dan murphy has a deal to match up the prices to their own. So i told the server and showed him the Whisky online. His response was with the delivery cost it comes out to be more.but you know the delivery is free if the minimum amount is spent. What about click n collect? May be the offer is scam and the staff just gives the price match deal to whoever the will. Really disappointed. Just for name of the brand name Dan murphy im giving 1 stars.oherwise n if possible i would have given 0 stars.

Can't go wrong with this Dan Murphy's. Has all the booze I need. Great location, easy to get to (the car park can be an absolute nightmare during busy times). Staff are friendly and happy to help you find a good drop.
