Worst customer service I have experienced since lockdown! Forgot my mask and asked for one at the counter so I could shop. Got told I couldn't even enter without it and didn't have any masks they could give me. Bought from their competitor 'Cellebrations' instead who were nice enough to offer me a mask as I entered

I really like the plum wine from Japan, although it is a bit too sweet. Dan Murphy offers a selection of them to choose from. Convenient location and close to home!

Always service with a smile and pleasant staff who are happy to help out where possible and go the extra mile.

Staff green hair, would rather stock chips than help customer with product. Looked at me 3 times clearly struggling to locate a certain drink, but just looked away with no offer to help. Even after I suggested that refilling chips display was more important than helping a customer. Dissapointing Dan's!

Great selection of shiraz. Plenty of member offers. Staff at checkout friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for being open during these difficult times.

Brittany and ruby were terrible. Not willing to price match considering other Dan Murphy a round the area would. Disappointing!

Buying a gift for someone, I found what I needed at a reasonable price. Would have been great if there was a staff member able to help me, but the only staff I found were at the registers.

Click and Collect here is a disaster, never enough staff manning it an be they get a lot of orders wrong

Have a great collection of beers at great prices, but 1 star off for often limited stock levels.

Ordered a some drinks and received notification that my order was ready, and when I drove to pick it up I was I formed only half of my order was there, the rest will take a few days

Well they always seem friendly in these places there must be a few bottles open that they are sniffing the alcohol fumes

Best place to buy alchohol become a member which is free and u will save heaps but u got to visit it often I don't buy alchohol anywhere else highly recommended

One young stack all the bottles even he stop to help and even want to get a basket but very kind thoughts well done buddy

It sells beer, wine and spirits at the best prices. What is there not to love about this place.

Didn't buy much only chocolate coated almonds. Husband bought some beer. The customer service was great.

Well stocked, never busy the times I go in. Always easy to find someone to help out. Store layout is good.

Nice open store. Always well stocked. Is in a really accessible location with heaps of parking which is why I prefer this store to the other Dan Murphys. Staff are very knowledgeable and approachable if you need assistance or directionsvto the products location
