Dan Murphy's Boronia

Great selection of everything alcoholic. Huge car park there so getting a park is usually pretty good. They open at 9am weekdays and usually have some deals on depending upon your tastes may work out well. If you like a drink then they also do a rewards card that may help get some promotions and discounts.

The staff, service and range are all good at this store however constantly feeling guilty about choosing to purchase alcohol instead of donating to the never ending supply of charities asking for money at the front door, completely puts me off shopping here

I am not too impressed with their car park. I find the car park situation in Boronia not user friendly, but will put up with it, as I'm happy going to Dan Murphy's.
I like this particular store as it is local to me and the prices are very reasonable.
You get good specials there and the range is very extensive.

Security is arrogant and a bully. He make you feel like a criminal. I have been followed and asked for I. D (i am almost 60 years old) and have been asked to check my bags on many occasions which is very embarrassing. Goes out of his way to make you feel belittled. Locals have told me they have been treated the same way by the same security guard. If it wasnt for convenient location, i would not keep coming back. On the plus, great selection of wines.always good sales. Cashier staff are lovely young people which is nice to see. Floor staff very knowledgeable and helpful.

Reasonable price and great wine but shopping there was not a pleasant experience: a staff started to stare at me and my boyfriend even before we enter the store all the way til we pay at the cashier. That was uncomfortable and other than the fact that we are Asians I cannot think of any other reason why that staff paid us extra attention. He also asked politely to search our bags when we were paying for the bottle of wine. Although he was polite enough, his action still made me feel like I'm being treated like a thief.

Dan Murphys is Dan Murphys. Good prices, and if you need help there are plenty of staff around who know what they are talking about.

It's my go-to when I'm craving the narcotic effects of ethanol. Big range, good staff and no judgey looks at 9am in the clothes I slept in when paying for a $4 cleanskin.

Went here to get some grog and was helped by the most fantastic dude ever, I think his name was Leigh. He pointed me to the VB and I loaded up me ute and that was that. Amazing service, you should give this cobber a raise.

I've only been a few times, but it seems that if people start to queue up at the register, staff appear quickly from nowhere to get everyone through and on their way to a good time.

I love uncle Dan's because it's cheaper than a therapist and and they have such a massive range of whiskey I'm going to need a liver transplant just to try everyone. I did the entire tequila range but after waking up in a Turkish prison after a 3 month blackout with purple tissues down my bum crack and ₺80.00 in my pocket I decided to drink regularly- sorry I mean responsibly. P

Dan's is well stocked and with an abundance of choice. All you need really. However to give a bottle shop 5 stars you'd really need a bunch of dancing girls. If you know what I mean.
