Big store with massive choice, and if you use your shop around guide on prices they will match it, for a dollar less, saved heaps on this with spirits like Hennessy etc

Don't generally shop her as not a drinker but staff very polite and helpful I might be back as variety on offer is huge

Friendly staff but I wish their craft beer section was a lot better. Getting better 2022, better again, late 2022.

Pretty annoying to be followed around the store by your security guy as if I was about to steal something. No idea why, I was even wearing my nice 'going out to buy some fancy whiskey' jumper. Must have been the banana socks. In all seriousness, will be avoiding this store in the future and even prioritising other bottleshops.

Competitive prices, well set out, would definitely recommend becoming a Dan Murphy member for cheaper prices. Extremely helpful staff.

I was struggling and having a bit of anxiety with a few boxes when a lovely worker saw me and helped me place the boxes better on the trolley to fit more on without asking, she was so kind and helpful! Always good service. If they don't have what I ask for they always suggest a great alternative. They know their cocktails and above statement applies. Only 4 stars because I have nothing to compare to; why move onto somewhere else when don't need to?

I was in your store this afternoon around 5: 30pm, there was a loverly girl who served me, she helped me with signing up to membership as I didn’t have my glasses. Thank you young lady, I was extremely grateful.

Great store & awesome pricing, pretty much has stocked everything I've wanted so far in the 16 years I've been shopping there.
Staff are pretty friendly and approachable however, tend to constantly ask if you need assistance. I prefer to approach a staff member.if I NEED assistance, rather than to be approached more than once whilst only being in the store 10-15mins tops.
Everything else is on point.

Left my wallet there today. Went back 30 min later and it was at the front desk. Thanks so much ️

I am a loyal member of Dan Murphy and I was appalled by the service of this store manager.
I bought a carton of Penfold138 Vintage2013. I opened one bottle and the taste is off.
I took it back to get a replacement, but the manager on duty there (on Easter Monday 2021 around 12pm), was making life difficult for me. He refused to accept my return, asking for my receipt, how long ago was my purchase; questioning me how I stored my wine etc.

As a Dan Murphy member he can access all my purchase details by keying in my mobile number. I offered him my mobile number, but he refused to access it at first. He was just trying to be nasty and difficult.

After much argument, he scanned my carton box barcode and walla! My purchase details are all there. He refused to refund me 6 bottles (even though I returned all 6 bottles with the one opened remaining about 1/3 of the bottle.
I told him, he just need to get a refund from Penfold. So why the fuss?
How would Penfold ever know if they were not given the feedback about this bad batch they produced?

What really insulted me was that he suggested that I stored the wine inappropriately thus the wine is off!
I told him that is it. He has lost his loyal customer, I would NEVER want to shop there ever again! How dare he insinuate and insult his customer with such statement?

He finally reluctantly refunded me 5 bottles +1, after much argument!
Why +1 bottle, because he refused to refund me 6 bottles I returned, claiming I have opened the bottle, even though I have 1/3 of the content returned.

Such a silly decision he made to piss his loyal customer off!

That is why he deserves a NO star, but I have to give 1 star because there is no Zero star to rate him.
