Friendly staff, great selection of booze in a big warehouse style space. Very often got wine or whiskey tasting on the go so not the worst place to pop in for a visit!
Great selection of beer. Excellent service, a great man even took my beer out to my car for me, I think his name was Peter, what a legend!
Stopped stocking my favourite cider and another brand of dark ale from the UK. Lost a star for that.
Always good service, today I watch them open extra registers so an elderly person didn't feel rushed while they where having issues with the eft terminal.
Staff extremely helpful, I needed to exchange (Anjo instead Respo.oops!). Was completed with zero fuss. Tastings have been on multiple times when I have been there. Extremely well run. When busy staff have come to help at registers so waits have always been minimal.
Went there for my brother you understand. An impressive store. Very helpful staff, genuinely helpful, not just training course helpful, helpful to the point of understanding the concept of "return business" helpful.
I rang the 1300 phone no. I was on line for over 11 minutes and the girl had no idea what I was asking her?
I only wanted to know the price of a Sav Blanc!
Couldn't ask for better service and staff with such product knowledge well done. And for the pleasant register girl on register one.
In the end the guy was helpful enough "thank god", they sold drinks before there release date and tried convincing me that it was ok to do that but I had already spoken to the dan murphys representative for my enquire earlier that day and was assured they weren't allowed to at all, I love a dan murphys store but trust this service here, no not at all.
