Managers are mean to their staff in front of customers. Very unprofessional. Shame as the ice cream isn’t very nice either. Don’t recommend.

All I wanted today was a scoop of mars bar cream. As I chowed down my ice cream, I felt something weird in my mouth, I took it out and to my surprise; it was a staple! …. I then searched through my ice cream to find another staple…. I do not remember asking for deathly toppings or a free tongue piercing from these staples. Very unimpressed of this deathly establishment. Nobody should find staples in their food. Thanks guys. Very disappointed

Terrible service, young kids with no customer service skills.
Shop has strong fish and fried oil smell.
Ice creams in cones & biscuts are packaged in zip lock bags & hand written on bags.
I would question the food handling of these, looks very unprofessional.

The workers at this place were arrogant and non-helpful. I’m glad I left and went to a different Dairy Bell. Probably not the worker’s fault, more so the owner/managers

SOOOOOO disappointed! Have been going to Dairy Bell since childhood. NEVER AGAIN! $22 for 2 “thickshakes” with no ice cream, just watery sorbet! You have to be kidding me! What happened to the wonderful and reasonably priced thick shakes? Doubled the price and just awful. You will lose your valued customers. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

I often come to this Dairy Bell for ice-cream on a hot day. They have a wide range of different flavours and the staff are always very helpful and friendly.

Serving size on the sundays have become smaller, and some of the good flavours are not available anymore, but apart from that, the icecream is still nice

Love the wide choice of flavours my fav licorice. Bananas fudge sundaes a must, always a generous serve which you don’t come across very often. Friendly service Thanks DB:) yum

Lots of flavors to choose from if you want a cone/cup or dessert. Less than a handful of ice cream flavors for tubs. A couple of outdoor seating available. Wheelchair accessible. Accepts credit cards. Parking right in front.

Really dissapointed. Have been going here for years & now revisited to new location on Chadstone Road. When you walk in, it smells of a fish shop, the smell of old oil, I assume from the churros. Doesn't smell like an ice creamery at all. My son asked if he could taste the 'bubblegum' flavour and he was told 'no, because of COVID. ' Other ice creameries allow tasting with a clean spoon and dirty spoon bowl. Ironically there are two clean spoon bowls on the bench. So if there is no taste testing allowed, why are they even there? Due to COVID doesn't cut it, given the staff do exactly the same thing with putting your ice cream on a cone and handing it to you. Same process with a spoon which you then throw into a dirty bowl. I wish owners would stop using the 'because of COVID' excuse as a way to dodge something they no longer wish to offer. I get it's a waste of time paying staff to allow taste tests, but say that. The ice cream is still pretty good, thank God. But this place needs some good air ventilation, a clean and a nicer smell.

Yum yum yum.double scoop bubble gum and licorice in a waffle cone. They have a great range of flavours. Simply the best!

If i could give this place no star i would. Most disgusting management out there, these people that run dairy bell are bullying younger children that work there as well as make them cry, ive come into the store a couple of time and have seen the manager raise his voice or would just leave and not say bye to the girls. I honestly feel sorry for anyone that works here. Additionally the store is unhygienic and the smell coming from the back is un breathable.please do not support this ice cream shop! It must be stopped

The banana splits are amazing, choc tops and sensational, cakes ice cream, all the good things.

Imitation coconut flavour, very expensive, rude staff member. Please teach your staff basis customer service skills, wont be back!

Order thick shakes and asked for them to be extra thick, $14 for 1lt of milk and some chocolate pieces, no ice cream, does dairy bell not sell ice cream?
Donuts with a rock hard donut with the microscopic smig of Nutella… disappointed! Won’t be back

Had Thickshake with Rocky Road, Nuts about Chocolate and Cookies Caramel Crunch ice cream. It was absolutely DELICIOUS! However I highly recommend Dairy Bell invest in some wider straws though as the standard milk shake straw wasn't wide enough and had to drink without.
Was very impressed too with such a wide selection of desserts. Will definitely be back.

Their icecream is delicious. I love the mega icecream cones as they take me like a week to get through

A nice take away home pack is generous and super yummy. Still in love with this ice cream.

Really nice ice cream cakes. Quality ingrediants. Service is really friendly and fast. Super large choc tops available here well worth it.

Pretty much a nice ice cream place but the standard of the 1L / 8 scoops tubs varies depending on who's serving you. The inconsistency kills it, otherwise it is a lovely place to get ice cream!
