As a store manager, the service attitude is extremely poor and impolite. An abysmal experience, will not go again in the future.
作为一个经理,极差服务态度。垃圾!

Price is okay. For 2 people, Order 1 any combo and maybe 2 individual ingredients.
The ingredients are acceptably fresh.

This restaurant appears fancy but ingredients are average and service is slow and poor.

2 star because of long waiting time to order and be served. It really killed our vibe.

The food is great, very authentic, pretty close to what I remember it being like in Sichuan. Unfortunately it's definitely on the pricey side. Expect to spend around $60 a person minimum. By the time you've ordered the soup base, a drink and a side you're already $35 poorer. Service is pretty average, don't come here for a fancy, coddled restaurant experience, this is definitely about the quality of the food & nothing more.

First time here. The ingredients served were fresh and the broths were tasty but the portions were not good. Due to Easter we were surcharged 10% but barely got any service even though the restaurant was less than half full. We had to go looking for a staff member when we wanted to place order or needed more ingredients. The male manager was rude and unhelpful. Other staff members were ok but obviously overworked. Under staffed + Overpriced = Dissatisfied customers. The fact they had to invite someone to get a 5* review says it all.

The guy who took my order acted very friendly but he is actually not! I told him I was an influencer and I had thousands of followers on Instagram and asked him if he could give me a discount on my drink so I would like to post the drink and share with people. He said NO directly! What kind of attitude is it? Also the drink tasted disgusting and it is 100% the worst coffee I have ever had. Won't go again.

Unlike the rest of the dainty chain of restaurants, this one is a huge disappointment. Food is bland and not appealing. The place feels dirty also. I would suggest going to the other Dainty restaurants and avoid this one where possible.

I really enjoyed dining at Da Long Yi Hot Pot with a party of 12. The soup base chestnut chicken soup had good substance and the spicy soup was flavourful. Condiments we ordered were fresh and well presented. Because we were a large group we were given the choice to be seated on two separate tables for more room or on one which was a little more tight. We decided to be seated on one and were promptly taken to our table. The order process was fairly quick and the staff were quick to provide us with extra things we requested like spoons, bowls and water. Staff were also actively taking our empty plates and making sure if we needed anything else during our dining experience. I would definitely recommend dining at this restaurant.

Always good fun to go with a crowd. The food is of excellent quality, and I love the endless condiment options. It is a wee bit expensive, but you are paying for the individual hot pots.

The food was definitely not worth the money. The prices just aren't justified for the quality of the ingredients. Wide variety of soup bases and dipping sauces though.

However, the service, atmosphere, decor and facilities were top tier, so it wasn't a bad experience.

Individual pots to cook what you want to eat and decide how well done you want it. Live their mushroom sauce. Service isn't the best but they can fit singles, couples or a group of you in easily. Note. Best to order gradually to prevent over ordering especially if you're planning a night out and do not want to carry around ingredients: P

Enjoyed the food, but not the service. I had the Pork broth with lotus root + Spicy soup. The pork broth was yum yum with a lot of ingredients. The marinated beef for hotpot were thick cuts and well marinated and tender after cooked. The portions were very huge for us Asians so we learnt out lesson! We couldn't finish our food. The best item was the handmade Egg Tofu which was life-changing IMHO because it was so so yummy! The only downside were we had to call for soup refills a few times before it came, and the hand pulled noodles were self service (I think, because they put the gloves there but we were to full to even have it and too lazy to pull the noodles ourselves-too spoilt by HaiDiLao). Overall, we were happy with our dining experience and would go back bringing our own Wine as corkage fee is reasonable ($8 when I last checked).

I went on a Saturday night and they were only serving hotpot. The food was fine and the service was good. I don't think it was deserving of its pricetag though when comparing to other hotpot venues in the city, that serve better hotpot.

The soup base is great. Portion is just nice. Quite a wide range of varieties. The beef slices are spectacular.

It was nice to have hot pot in cold weather. I tried half normal/half spicy soup based. I would definitely have no spicy ones next time. It was just too spicy for me because my dipping sauce was also super spicy as well.so together it was too much?

Amazing food! Fabulous service!
We were seating in a great spot where we could watch the kitchen. The banquet was a great way to make your way through the menu and every dish was absolutely incredible. It was way too much food and we should have stopped eating but it was too delicious to leave.
Definitely be back and highly recommend

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They served us with a wrong dish and forced us to pay for the amount of the dish even though it was their own mistake.

Furthermore the manager lied and insisted that I ordered that particular dish myself when I obviously didn’t just to earn money. They even threw away the ordering receipt of evidence that could prove I did not order that dish to cover for their own mistake.

THE MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND HORRIBLE.

Very easily located and the place is spacious. Really love that the shabu shabu cooking pots are individually for each person and not one big pot for everyone. This makes the cooking more of a personal experience and you can choose whatever you like. I really love the prawn with cheese ball. The desserts were also great. The unique coconut pudding inside the coconut shell is yummy! The pumpkin mochi balls are also yum. Definitely worth it

Good food and reasonably priced. However, the female manager at the front desk is impolite to the staffs working there.
