Ordered from this store because it's the only one open at the moment. Took advantage of the free delivery within 25km of the CBD.

My order ended up being delivered to my neighbours address. We had to go door knocking in order to find them.

There's no receipt information or delivery information attached, so our neighbours were left a little confused.

Have not received any explanation from Cupcake Central.

Coffee is under-rated in the highpoint centre. Team are also the friendliest coffee hub in the centre. Great experience Everytime!

Nice little place if you want something sweet or good coffee. I was there for the coffee, my wife for something sweet ;). Worth the visit if you are there.

My only thing to say is they are so busy because it's so good especially the vegan cupcakes. That sometimes they don't get to clear a table on time. It's not a bad thing or dirty sometimes they just get real busy. But I do love this place for coffee and the taro cupcakes are soooooo good. Staff are lovely too.

The cupcakes are nice and moist here and they have good gluten free options. The tea is ok but not quite as strong as I would like so I usually opt for coffee. I like this place because it is quiet and an escape from the hustle and bustle of Highpoint.

Cupcake central is one of my favourite cupcake shops. The cupcakes are delicious, light and fresh as they are baked daily in the premise. Every day of the week there are exclusive flavours for that day which are always fun to try. I like that they offer a small cupcake option with each of the flavours as I occasionally take the kids here for a cupcake and baby cino as a treat. I highly recommend coming here if you like cupcakes.

Extensive advertised selection but when ordered, had run out of a number of cupcakes as well drink items on the menu. Definitely overpriced for what it was.

I love the cupcakes at cupcake central and find that the Highpoint store tastes a bit better than the Melbourne Central one. Have yet to be to Hawthorn or Eastland so can't comment on those. They have wonderful staple flavours and some awesome seasonal ones. The one thing I will say is I'm not a huge fan of the tea they stock.
