My Wife Jean & I treasure the friendly & professional service we always experience whilst visiting this wonderful clinic. It is most comforting to receive this level of service at a rural clinic, we both feel safe living in East Gippsland, knowing we will not have to leave in order to receive such a wonderful service. The reception staff, nurse and doctor were friendly, efficient & caring. I was a visitor to the town and had hurt my knee. I was promptly attended to, X-rays were carried out on site. I was even lent crutches free of charge for a few days.

Dr Tadrous and Dr Crystal were both amazing Doctors today, so gentle and kind and so medically thorough. Their bed side manner is amazing and I couldn't have ask for lovelier doctors who put me to ease on this, my first visit to this practice. Thank you both Jeannie

The clinic is near the centre of the town, it's clean and well equipped for an emergency. Parking has not been an issue. Didn't expect to get such great service in a country town. Doctors are knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. The staff too are helpful and treat people respectfully.

The waiting Room was full when I got there my opointment for the covid vacs was 5.00 and I got out of the vacs room 5.10 then I had to wait 15 min before I was allowed to leave it was quite quick

A below average appointment. Not a great deal of help and understanding from Dr Amy.
Other wise my normal Dr is exceptional.and the clinic and staff have never let me down.

Warm and friendly reception helped make an appointment for my son. Got him in the next day and did not have to wait long to see the doctor. Was bulk billed. Very happy.

This medical centre is first class. Everything just happens the way it should, all with no hassles or problems. All questions are answered accurately. Very proffessional.

I'm new in town and hadn't changed doctors. Normally new patients takes a week or two but with broken leg that needed redressing they turned the system upside down and got me in straight away. Lovely people, great service!

Cheerful staff. Covid safe. Always very clean. More importantly - excellent medical care! Usually only short waiting time and if it's a long wait, that only means an urgent or complicated case got priority - just the way it should be.
