Cunninghame Arm Medical Centre

Terrible place. Waited over one hour for an appointment at 4pm. Then told by the doctor he does not syringe ears. Have to see the nurse who leaves at 5pm.
When l booked l explained what was needed.

The staff were great. As i was on travel, the doctor was able to see me.was able to get the medication.thanks team.

I was seen promptly and the Dr I consulted understood my medical situation and has provided me with a thorough investigation to ensure the reason for condition is resolved as soon as possible.

Very professional service from all staff. But, getting in to see a Doctor can takes a while.

Telehealth appointment was booked for 11: 15am. Dr called at 11: 50am and spoke on the phone for 1min 40sec- I asked for a medical certificate. Dr didn't even ask symptoms. Emailed the certificate whilst on the phone and charged $82.00

Reception staff were efficient, professional and very friendly. Didn't need to wait long for appointment. My Doctor was thorough and easy to talk to.

I was quite happy with the service provided, attentive doctor seemingly efficient and friendly though this is my first visit.
Disappointed they don't bulk bill as a pensioner with no Back-up it could be a bit of a struggle but if the doctor is as good as seems maybe worth it

Receptionists are helpful, respectful and remember you. Doctors are easy to talk to and very thorough, even going to the trouble of adding reminders into the system of procedures required several years hence.

Upon a little knife v finger event at work they as soon as they possibly could seen to and stitched as required. From reception to the Nurse and then the work preformed via Dr Amy all top notch. Thank you
