Culture Kings Melbourne reviews
39We browsed around for an hour and the customer service was exceptional. Shoutout to Henry, an absolute legend, he went above and beyond for us, definitely coming back for sure!
Absolute best experience, everyone was asking if we need help and the worker named Henry deserves a raise! He understood our vision and suggested clothes to us that we LOVED
Culture Kings online are in breach of consumer law - sent me faulty items & expect customers to pay for the return postage - which is not legal.
Do better & sort out my return asap
Amazing and very helpful staff as always but especially today also a bonus for playing Nicki Minaj
Had about $500 worth of clothing put up at the counter while I continued shopping, lined up to pay for it all only about 3 people in line and still waited around ten minutes without the line moving, 3 staff at counter 2 just chatting and 1 serving extremely slow. Asked why only 1 was serving and they responded we only have 1 on the register. Just left. Terrible service
Cool shop, you must visit when you come to Melbourne. The staffs are proactive and really nice, they always show the smile and be friendly to you. A girl on the counter saw our kids are looking for caps, just offered her nicely help to showcase all the kids new era caps they have. Appreciated for that.
All seemed well initially, I purchased the shoes I wanted and the payment went through. After receiving the shoes I wanted, I found out the size I ordered was to small so I issued a refund, to which Culture kings were extremely helpful with (or so I thought.) I shipped the shoes back (they were in perfect condition mind you, just too small) and paid for the shipping fee. I got notification that the company had reviewed and approved my shoes, to which I was extremely happy about. When I receive the shoes again, the sizing was perfect however the CONDITION of these shoes were HORRIBLE. As you can see in the attached photos, there were patches of the shoe MISSING and they were all torn up on the sides. The 'air' logo was completely damaged. From someone paying a total of 270$ for brand new shoes, i'd expect them to be in perfect condition. WON'T BE COMING BACK!
Just purchased the Starter tracksuit in the 2 for $99 sale. What a bargain and a sick looking fit the quality is I think I'll have to buy a second one
Attended the city store yesterday. Called 4 times, no answer. Staff were more interested in playing basketball than serving customers. Had to walk down the stairs to find a staff member when there was at least 10 working. Retailers are saying they are struggling, any wonder why. Answering your phone and attending to your customers would be a great start. I knew what I wanted to buy and I did, next time I’ll take my money somewhere else.
Do you have dababy hat or dababy with dababy hat with little dababy on dababy hat wearing red dababy hat
Went to Culture Kings last week and was assisted by a young girl (I wish I had her name) who was absolutely lovely. It was my 23 yr old sons bday who sent me there with a name of a pair of shoes HE HAD to have. This young girl was so good she went over and above to assist me and then when I went go pay for shoes (I ended up buying more pairs) the girl on register was also friendly and chatted away. This type of service is why I will be definitely buying my sons shoes and hoodies there every time.
Rubbish customer service, maccas customer service are more professional & respectful. Bought 12 items, 2 items were wrong size, went to store to return them, they made me read 10 pages legal documents about the Australian law about refunds and they tried to convince me that I can’t refund, according to the Australian law!
Really cool store but terrible/nonexistent customer service! Went in Saturday morning and there was at least 6 staff members “working” and not 1 other customer in the store yet no staff members came anywhere near me, offered help or even said hello! Horrible service, they were all too busy chatting to each other. Left without spending a cent purely because of that.
Staff super helpful and friendly. Even helped take my daughter down the stairs in her pram which was a HUGGGGE help. Thanks for the Jordans team
They used to be dope, but last few years they gone down, it does make sense, more customers n more money then they changed to a normal clothes shop but still on top in Australia cause there’s not really another choices!
Culture Kings. Do not mislead people. You may have 20masks on maniguins. The more expensive masks ARE NOT DISPLAYED, & none could be seen through the bags. To add to my dislike. I was lured today by the list of 2074 items on sale for Boxing day sales.i arrive to find every single item listed. Except crumby Tshirts are only online.my goodness, what a joke.
I was aware of the event for the limited retail of the Nike adapt BB ‘Mag’. I, a regular culture kings customer decided to ponder in the city and observe the customers that had arrived early this morning to purchase these shoes. I presume they had waited quite some time, well before 10 o’clock (I was there around 8: 30 and the line was large). But, I noticed a vehicle full of many gentlemen arrived on the street, and numerous individuals climbed out of the vehicle and pushed in the line, up the front with their fellows that were waiting for the store to open. I commend the few who had been residing at the premises for numerous hours, but to the management of Culture kings, Russel street, I question you this; what sense of decency do you lack to intervene when fools have the audacity to push in line? This behaviour typically ends in children around the age of ten, but you allow these nuisances to ultimately waste the hours of your loyal customers. Simply pitiful.
Lovely looking building but you cant be complaining about the tags in the alley way because of how iconic it is.
Nike Adapt Launch Fail. You send out emails to your customers saying there is a special launch of the shoe. Only to find out theres literally only 18 pairs. Lol? Is this a joke?
WHY MAKE PEOPLE LINE UP IN THE COLD AND RAIN FOR HOURS ON END WHEN YOU ONLY HAD ENOUGH PAIRS OF SHOES FOR THE MASSIVE GROUP OF ASIAN PEOPLE AT THE FRONT OF THE LINE (THE GROUP GOT BIGGER AS MORE KEPT COMING AND LINE CUTTING)
Since when does culture king nickle and dime like this? This is some preschool business ethics. Well done guys. Golf clap. Thanks for ruining my day.
Major flop at the Nike Adapt BB drop! All that hype for 22 pairs of shoes.pathetic. Why could this not have been made clear on social media platforms before having idiots like myself wait out the front of your store in the rain for six hours plus the time spent getting to your store, and the day taken off work for this. The whole day was a bummer and waste of time and effort.
Also, get a grip on the ‘Monitoring’ of the line! Between the time of me lining up and your doors eventually opening at 10.30 at least ten more people had appeared in front of me. Disappointed beyond belief.
