The last few times we have bought pasta from there - ravioli bolognese and a creamy tortellini, they have been really salty ️ Very disappointing. We used to really enjoy your pasta but not anymore. For the price charged, we expect better.

Disgusting and overpriced taking advantage of people. $75 for two slices (Yes slices) a Carbonara and Bottle of water. DO NOT EAT HERE

Very bad customer service! My friends and i were very disappointed after receiving the wrong order when we approached them the manager was very rude and unprofessional she ignored our request even tho the food was untouched. Other customers witnessed but they didn’t seem to care! The worst manager and workers.

Bitterly disappointed after not eating out for 2 years. $35 for carbonara which was dry, tasteless and the extra large serving was ridiculous. $220 for 4 of us with one drink each. Absolutely ripped off and will never return.

I get it was a public holiday but really 14$ for a small pizza slice and $21 for a small pack of pasta? I was hoping the pricing was for high quality food but it was so bland that it honestly felt like a 10 year old made their homemade pasta for the first time.

Had 2 kids meals, a chicken parma with chips, and a chicken fettuccine today. Both children fell sick from the food.

Feeling let down. Caveat emptor. Always order fresh not from the counter.

Had the meatballs pene pasta dish, no flavour at all, pasta over cooked. A woolies microwave meal would taste 100% better and probably be more Italian than this rubbish.

This food is simply amazing.
It’s the best place to go for a quick bite or even a large meal.
The quality of food is always exceptional and consistently great.
The front staff always greets you with a warm smile.

I ordered carbonara and it was good. The pasta was nicely cooked and the sauce was tasty. Took two stars because my food had some hair, which the staff insisted was "mushroom spore". It was very clear to me that that was hair. I would have finished it if I didn't find more than 1 strand. They refunded me though.

Great little Italian eatery set in the food court at Melbourne's Crown Casino.
Surprisingly large portions and delicious pizza and pasta. Signage could be a little clearer as to what you get tho but otherwise well worth a visit when you're taking a break from Gaming lol.

My wife and I bought some chicken and roasted vegetable 10/10/19. The taste was owfull and so we stoped eating. After that we developed stomach pain and all day diarrohea. I think they probably sold old food. I think the council and Crown casino authorities should look into the food outlets performing poorly.

Been here twice-
Pizza experience did not go well. Felt tasteless.
Pasta was however very good. It’s open till 2 am so that’s a plus.

Don't be fooled if it's Italian it will be good. I would rather fine dine at a crown restaurant and pay the same price. You have to order and pay upfront before the real deal is served and you will have to eat it as you have already paid 40 bucks for a small pizza and a pastie. I paid the same amount for a pizza and got served by crown staff at their restaurants.

Was hesitant to come here tonight but got served by Deborah and she was absolutely lovely, loved my food and because she was such a lovely woman I will be back!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Be careful guys, I used to work here and they have unethical food practices. They will try to recycle as much food as possible. On quiet nights/days, old pasta would be mixed with new pasta so that food isn't wasted. Most of the time, "sauce" and "water" was also added to make the pasta seem as if it just came out of the kitchen. I could continue for hours - but do not recommend at all!

Food is good. Chicken is halal. Crown is slightly expensive but worth a try and who knows you might love it.

If I could give these place negitive stars I would.
Asked for a small ravioli and they gave me about 8 squares of it.and tried to charged me $18 compleate tip off! When I asked if they could put a bit more in they said “no that’s all you get” and the old with grey hair ripped the meal away from me and was extremely rude!
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pizza was like play dough and the ham was just from coles or Woolworth
