Absolutely awful! The service by the man with glasses was awful, I also received a pasta and it was inedible. It was watery, and looked like it had been sitting under the heat lamp since last week. The chicken schnitzel breading was very inedible, as I ripped it off the chicken itself it was doughy and made me feel sick. I went back to my apartment and started vomiting, I couldn’t even go to the casino afterwards. Absolutely awful.

Pizza was abit dry and too pricy for a small piece. The pasta was really yummy tho I must admit.

I ordered a Roman salad and it was appalling. Absolutely inedible and overpriced. It was ridiculously disgusting and looked like my dog spewed all over it. The lady put a sprinkle of dressing and I could BARELY taste it. It only touched one leaf. There was also only like 2 pieces of cucumber and tomato on top. NEVER AGAIN

Overpriced food. Given a Roman salad, which was a pile of green lettuce on a plate. A couple of small cucumber slices and tomatoes were dropped on top and a hint of salad dressing. I asked for more tomatoes and cucumber and was glared at by one employee. The other reluctantly dropped another two pieces on top. Salad inedible. The panini's were ok, but overpriced. Not impressed and never again. Poor service, expensive food and spoilt our day.

Waste your money to this place the food not fresh, my son got pasta after he finished food he got really bad sick we pay for 3 food more than $70 but all food not fresh

Pizza was no good, terrible customer service, chips weren’t bad though. Terribly overpriced. I would not recommend! DO NOT COME HERE!

Got ignored by two different staff twice. Service is horrid. Not to mention the cold food and crazy prices.

Awful customer service- rude staff and obnoxious and then there’s the disgusting rubbery food, and charged me more $ then what my receipt shows and when I called to question this one was hung up on. I Do NOT recommend this place at all. I have also put in a complaint direct to Crown so they can hopefully be put in their place. I’m pretty sure I am not the only one out there that thinks this place is terrible! And well OVER PRICED!

The worst customer service we ever experienced. After long wait for with my 2 little kids. The staff (white girl) suddenly chosen serve the lady came after us. We even explained we were here first. She just gave the rude look and doesn't care. My kids even turn around to ask me why she behaves like this. We end up to walk away. We will never support the business with rude and unprofessional services.

Tells me the margarita is good. Worst piece of food ever. Wouldn’t even eat it ever again.

Please be honest and let the customer then make a choice instead of lying and tricking them into an overpriced not fresh sandwich

Pizza was ok, not great. Exorbitant Price. 13$ for just such small pizzas. Think twice before eating here.

Highly Overpriced
Saled was presented with everything on display but got only leafs when we got it. Very Dissatisfied.

I have never paid so much for a single slice of pizza in my life. The base was revolting and the topping cheap and nasty. This place is highway robbery. After a few drinks at the casino, this place is pure exploitation of the tipsy folks needing a snack on their way out. Poor form and seriously un-Australian.

Amazing service, old school charm and a delicious menu. This place will be on my agenda every time I’m visiting Melbourne.

There is no place better, this institution should be visited whenever possible. My absolute favourite

Purchased a chicken breast panini, it looked and sounded nice however the chicken was dry and the bread also seemed dry or even a bit stale. Very disappointing, KFC from the nearby food court would have been nicer and cheaper. From the others I was with it seems other places here are also not great quality and overpriced. Captive market and lots of tourists so shops probably don't greatly care if people are unhappy as they won't be back anyway.
