Be careful with the hidden fee, like annual fee in particular, late payment fee and uncontrolled direct debit. They will deduct more from your account then agreed citing silly reasons.

The gym is good and has a variety of equipment. The biggest issue that I have is when it's busy, it's really BUSY, and if you want to use a machine, you need to wait a long time since it's occupied. It's cheap tho and I don't expect something extraordinary.

It’s definitely you pay what you get! It’s cheap but you will get poor customer service. The gym smells horrible, stink on every equipments. Cancelled the membership as soon as I felt uncomfortable every time I went in.and I will never step in again!

Always super friendly staff, new equipment and change rooms. Been to a few classes - love the energy!

Seriously can’t complain - for $9.95 a week for a fully serviced HUGE clean gym with added classes too, it’s one of those gym memberships you could easily keep on DD and not feel guilty when you don’t visit for weeks. Then when you finally get the motivation to get your butt back in there, you feel great that you’re not fighting for machines and you get to go at your own pace. Will always have a love/hate rship with the gym but Crunch is def one of the better ones I’ve joined!

Terrific facilities and top-notch equipment. They offer a variety of classes and the staff are friendly. You also cannot beat the price; no other gym comes close to its affordability. I just wish they offered on-site childcare like their outside signage promises.

Very blunt and rude treatment of customers. Offended me deeply and offsetted my entire day.
Do not give your money to these soulless humans.

Great location, plenty of parking. Good cardio equipments. Free weight training area could be bigger. Young and helpful staff. Not a 24/7 gym.

I find my workouts very enjoyable here.
There are so many machines and classes to choose from.
It's clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly.
They're better than some other gyms I have been to.

I generally like this place to workout however one of the staff there is very rude and grumpy. Tonight for the second time she asked us very rudly to get out of the gym for being just a couple of minutes late.

Staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. There are so many machines and classes to choose from, making workouts more enjoyable and engaging. With a plethora of cardio equipment, along with a vast array of weight machines, free weights and benches, there will always be surplus room for you to work out however you like.
