The team at Croydon Pet hospital have been caring for our family mokkies for the past 20+ years & in our experience the team do a fabulous job of taking care of our much loved family members.weather it is just a simply check up or annual grooming OR a serious health issue the team always have the best interests & welfare of our pet as the highest priority hence we highly recommend the Croydon Pet Hospital.

This vet is always great, they take great care of my three dogs. It's a little more expensive than some other local vet's but I feel piece of mind when I leave them there for surgery. They've been caring for our dogs for 7 years or so. Very friendly team.

I found a very unwell/injured possum in my garden today and was told by wildlife rescue to take it (them - she had a baby/babies) to a local vet. I went to another that was "closed" (never going there again) and then called Croydon Pet Hospital - another in my area and they were only too responsive and welcoming, and encouraged me to bring the poor girl in ASAP. Arriving they came out quickly and took her in and soon came out to tell me that she had unfortunately passed etc. Thanks so much for caring for animals that many people will harm. We have a new rescue dog (no he was not outside) and don't have a local vet and I certainly will be using Croydon Pet Hospital for him as they clearly are caring and responsive - thanks

Lovely staff, very helpful with needing to drop off a baby bird for a.wildlife carer to collect. Would definetly use this vet again for my own pets!

Very helpful and caring staff. Love the paw prints they were able to get of our little girl Da'Lady after she passed away so suddenly. Thank you so much for trying to save her.

Staff are wonderful and caring about our fur babies.
They follow up after the operation to see how things are going. This is a comforting service that helps in the family coping with the street. Well done to all the staff.

NEGLECTFUL VETS!
My dog had been going to this vet for approx 3 years. 2 years ago a lump started growing on his side. After my repeated requests for removal vet kept saying it wasn't necessary as just a fatty lump. It grew quickly into a very large lump and time and time again I was told he is not in any pain, no need to operate, it’s just fat. Another vet then takes a look 2 years later and agrees it needs to be removed and he’s likely in pain. Turned out to be cancerous! 6 weeks after that operation I rush him up there as he can’t stand or move. I tell vet somethings really not right. Response. “he has an upset stomach, just feed him chicken and rice for next two days”. Took him home and he seemed to be getting worse so trusted my gut and that I know my dog.take him to another vet who actually listened to me and took one look at him and said he needed to go straight to emergency. 5 hours later we were saying goodbye to him in emergency. The apparent upset stomach was ruptured spleen and internal bleeding. He’d been in extreme pain all day and I was told he was fine, just an upset stomach. My dogs are family and I lost one of my best mates due to negligence. Manager rang me to discuss after I complained and showed no sympathy and was stone cold on the phone. Just interested in defending her clinic which speaks volumes! Stark contrast to the second vet clinic who reassessed him that had never met us. They reached out to convey sympathy and even sent lovely card as did the emergency centre who again didn’t know us. Would never let these guys near my pets again!

Shop around for second opinion is my suggestion. I have noticed they do up sell and have done so for quite some time.
