Would give zero stars if I could. Given a phone appointment at 5pm, no call. Called them, told ‘you have no appointment’. Offered appointment at 8.10pm, but requires negative pcr test. Would not give phone appointment at all, even though initially offered. Would not help at all in any way and then hung up on me. Avoid at all costs

I called up to try and make an appointment, I was put on hold, and when someone finally picked up she told me there were no available appointments and hung up on me after I said I was a new patient. Thoroughly unimpressed.

After waiting an hour after my scheduled appointment time, the doctor called me a hypochondriac because I said a varicose vein hurt. I recommend people go elsewhere for medical care.

Helpful receptionists. My doctor was very kind and spend time to listen. Good that it's bulk billed too!

I just had the WORST experience with Dr Rajitha Jayasuriya. I was scheduled in to have a Pap smear done. After being judged for not having one done in a long time, I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable with her presence and the way she was talking to me that I refused to finish the appointment and left the facility. NEVER in my life have I been treated like that by a doctor. So unprofessional considering I was clearly nervous about the procedure

Not impressed at all I had booked with a particular doctor and on arrival there was a change on their end and they didn’t even communicate with me! Very poor service! I’d never go back or recommend the service!

I always find the staff at the front desk and the doctors efficient friendly and timely and a clean centre

Significant difficulties experienced with getting a simple medical certificate corrected. Staff seem more concerned with imagined fears than providing the patient with a legal certificate. After 5 weeks, several visits, multiple phone calls they casually provide the certificate which they had been so worried to correct their own printing mistake in their system!

Wonderful Dr's and very friendly reception staff. My family has been visiting this practice for years. The Dr's are very caring and professional.

I have owned and operated a business in Croydon for 26 years and I would go to to no other doctors in the eastern suburbs personally I see Dr Badir and Dr Dabash and their advise and care is second to none they are very thorough and follow up is amazing. The receptionist always greet you with a smile and also compliment the overall experience, fully recommend this practise

CMC has been my saviour since it opened about 8 years ago. All doctors and staff are fantastic, very professional and dedicated. They are now my friends as well as being health professionals. Tonight I even got a message to call Dr Mostafa as a follow up from a few days ago, he doesn’t stop just because your appointment has ended, he really thinks about his patients to make sure everything is working out in response to his prescriptions.amazing people.

From the lovely Lisa at front desk to Dr. Rajitha who is incredible, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better clinic in the outer east!

Was fantastic first visit to Dr's in 6 years and was treated medically and professionally 100%. Will follow up on all the other little medical issues tend to try and ignore. Gets my 100% 10/10 rating.

Very efficient and polite front desk staff, correspondence is time efficient and Dr Atheel Badir is exceptional. My family feels in safe hands and lucky to be Croydon Medical Centre patients. When a family member has gentle and complicated health - you realise the importance of having the good family doctor and medical centre. I speak from experience and I recommend Dr Badir and Croydon MC from my heart.

I booked my appointment over the weekend through their online portal. It was easy to navigate and very straight forward. The staff are courteous and nice. The center is also quite spacious and adheres to social distancing seating while you wait. We saw Dr Reshmi today. We have been coming to this clinic since we moved into the area and found the doctors very good.
