Reception and drs all very nice, would come back for sure, being in a pharmacy makes things so convenient.

Dr Rajitha is sometimes running late but I’m happy to wait because I know she doesn’t rush patients and is always happy to address all my questions. I try to be efficient and book long enough appointments to help her stay on time. Some doctors can be intimidating but she is very friendly and always puts me at ease.

Wonderful Dr's and very friendly reception staff. My family has been visiting this practice for years. The Dr's are very caring and professional.

Had a wonderful experience at the clinic, unfortunately had a accident up the street with two of my fingers in which I didn’t know what to do so I went straight to the medical Centre. This is where the receptionist and the nurse were amazing, helpful, sympathetic and kind. They helped me straight away as ab emergency, then I was able to see Dr June before their day started and was able to get my fingers fixed in their emergency room area safely. The nurse held my hand the whole time and Dr June was so kind. I Had such a great experience, even though I was in quite a lot of pain and very very scared… I would happily visit the team here again.

Dr Rajitha Jayasuriya is a wonderful, kind and understanding doctor. My partner and I have been seeing her for a few years now, and I love that she is always so thorough in her examinations. This is rare to find these days! Dr Jayasuriya makes us feel at ease and gives us confidence that we can solve any health issues that come up. Thank you so much for your work and patience!

I have had a blood test and been notified by the clinic that I needed to come in to receive results. I dragged my four month old baby out in the rain only to be told by reception that "Oops, that doctor is sick". Nobody bothered to call so I could at least reschedule by phone. I was then told by a nurse "I can't tell you your results, there's something there but don't panic".

Now I get to sit at home for the next few days wondering what's wrong and why I'm not allowed to be informed regarding my own body!?

I will not be returning to this clinic and I would suggest others seek care elsewhere, unless you would like to be told that you don't have the right to access information about your own body- don't worry, if something's wrong they'll at least tell you not to panic before they send you home without any information!

I am actually stunned at how RUDE this so called Doctor was…Only had a appointment with her as my normal doctor was on holidays- never again! Do not see this woman she has an appalling attitude, towards people, shut the door in my face wow!

My Doctor Natalie was her usual pleasant self. First time I did a tele health call. You get the phone call and it is pretty easy to talk on the phone to the Doctor and probably would suit some people particularly ones with Covid.

Kind, courteous and always makes sure we get the best care Doctor Nathalie looks after our whole family from grand children to my husband and I forever grateful we we’re recommended to go to see her and all the doctors at the clinic jodie

Dr. Rajitha is not sympathetic to patients at all and shut the door in my face at my last appointment. Desk staff are lovely but recommend choosing another provider at this clinic.

Dr Nathalie Gutierrez Is a lovely, kind and sweet doctor who was highly attentive.

Upon meeting Dr Rajitha Jayasuriya she seems quite lovely until it comes to requiring a treatment plan for any illness or injury I simply asked for clarification on the conclusions she was drawing from my injury seen she had not asked me any questions about my pain or assessed my movement. Instead of explaining anything to me she aggressively asserted that I wasn’t listening and told me to go elsewhere. A GP should at a minimum talk to the patient and discuss their care, not bark orders, refuse to explain or offer any compassion. I’ve been to come bad GP’s in my time but she is by far the most horrible!
