60Paid $87 to be 45 minutes late and not listened to at all. Dr Raza was only interested in making up time and getting me out of the way. Reception staff are lovely.
Absolutely appalling behaviour between two receptionists! Naomi and Maree discussing a patients PRIVATE details after a phone call and putting that patient down! How dare they!
Naomi speaks very loud so the whole clinic can hear personal and sensitive details whilst she is on the phone to a patient. She is also very loud at the counter! There is no privacy what so ever! The practice manager also reprimanded and humiliated the receptionists infront of other staff and patients! It seems it’s a very power hungry establishment. I would not recommend here at all!
Very friendly ladies at reception. Nurse was a lovely helpfully young lady. Saw Dr Becker for first time and he was very friendly and thorough.
All staff are very professional at all times Dr Reza Shirazi is very through & compassionate in all the dealings i have had. Consummate professional
Doctor didn’t listen to me regarding why i came in, he order test irrelevant to my problem. Was not impressed one bit then was charged for a long visit to finish up
Doctor Anza was beautiful with my children today regarding check up and immunisations, as were the lovely nurses with it all, reception staff were also great!
Reception staff are lovely and I’m so thankful to have found dr Memon, she is so understanding and can tell she really cares about her patients!

Wonderful clinic for every type of medical care. Doctors wait times can sometimes be far too long, would be my only issue.
After profit not care, alot better doctors in the area that won't rip you off or waste your time.
My regular doctor is Doctor Shirazi. I always find him very thorough. The staff at the clinic are also professional.
Requested an urgent referral letter and it was done immediately over the phone, I just had to pick it up. Excellent service and the staff at the counter polite and friendly.
Our regular GP has moved here from another practice and the experience has been excellent. Very kind, patient reception staff, moderate wait times and quick to get in for an appointment.
Have been coming here for over 15 years, very friendly staff, great doctors, and many other services are available as well as a pharmacy. Perfect.
Having been a patient at this practice since its inception I am more than happy with the service I have received.
Booked a Telehealth via HotDoc as a New Patient for 10.30 AM appointment. I had to call centre as I hadn’t received the Tele-call (understanding it’s a busy time). Then they ask me to complete background form which I had already completed.then they searched and found my completed form. They tell me I’m next in cue and the Doctor will call shortly. Waiting patiently …. By 1PM I call again and they finally connect me with doctor. Just so poorly administered.
I aim this 1-star review purely at your reception staff member (Marie).
I called up today simply to ask about how I would go with getting a doctors note for time off work and whether I need to come in to the clinic or if it can be done via a phone call or online.
After Marie begrudgingly gave me details for how it would have to be done, I asked for more clarification, to which I got a response along the lines of "it would have to be done like this, DO YA GET IT? ! "
At this point, I decided to ask for her name and to inform her that I would be leaving a review on the website about how rude she was being. Interestingly enough, she changed her tone dramatically and went from a "screw-you" attitude, to a "how may I help you" attitude. I can only wonder why *eye roll*.
Someone working in customer service should have A LOT more patience than this, that whole ordeal happened in a matter of the first 2 minutes of our phone call. If someone can get impatient after that length of time, they really need to choose a different profession.
