Crocs Playcentre Hoppers Crossing reviews
62Great place for kids to have a good time and parents can enjoy nice coffee while waiting. Booking svailable for birthday party or office function.
A very dirty place I can swear my child and my friend's children got sick every time they were there, especially in this critical situation, be careful and do not make your children sick
Was looking at going movies, but came here, is clean and tidy, lots for the toddlers to do, coffee/muffins are excellent, also lunch is great with table service, spent under 70$ as the movies would easily hit the 100$.
It’s a new play centre. We have only been here once! It’s $12.90 per head. It has party rooms for different themes and it’s well staffed! The common play area is not that big though, there’s a bouncy castle, riding tracks, bridge with a canon, 6 slides and a toddler play area. The toilets are well equipped (suited for the children) and the waiting area for the parents to chill and relax! Food is affordable too
It was filthy and dirty playcentre, to many picky rules and the staff are rude to adults if there not wearing the right foot wear even if they arnt playing and just watching the kids i will never take my daughter there again worst experience sorry everyone has there own opinion
Older kids using trikes as a scooter are dangerous to younger kids. Staff don't seem to be able to enforce safe play. How anyone could think it was a good idea to have kids riding trikes in the same area as other small kids playing needs to spend some more time with kids.
RESPONSE TO OWNERS REPLY ->
In reply to my review the "owner" posted a "standard" canned response that shows they really don't care. I WAS supervising my daughter when she was slammed into (run over) by one of the bigger kids on a trike. It's lucky my daughter was not seriously injured. If someones kid gets injured and they decide to sue "crocs" I hope they use my review to show that "the owner" was aware of the problem but just don't care. I understand that the trikes are "super popular" they need a separate area to be ridden in safely. Kids were riding them through the tables and chairs where there were mothers with infants. It's not my fault that other parents weren't supervising their kids (they were probably relaxing because they assumed this was a safe place for kids), Its up to your staff to enforce the rules.
Crazy busy on weekends which makes it difficult to keep an eye on your kids. It can get quite hot inside. Foccacias & other food for the adults are yummy.
Priced Very high over$25 for 2 kids ages 5 and 3
May hem kids running crazy everywhere
Will give it to staff tho they were also on floor keeping it running smooth kicking big kids out of little kids rooms ect
So clean. Good food for a play center. A glass was broken, I was really impressed at the extent to which the staff member went to ensure all the pieces had been cleaned up.
I think my family and i have visited most of the playcentres in our area, my kids always have a good time at Crocs. The place is clean and well maintained, considering the number of people that visit the place. As you would expect the food is expensive but what really annoyed me was the entry fee has increased. It now cost over $20 just for entry for two young kids, which is a bit ridiculous.
Awesome place for kids.my two enjoy a lot here. Our friends will catchup here often. Very friendly staff, they are great and very professional.
Great Fun for everyone.
The massive play area is big enough for Parents to play with the children too.
Relativelty compact play area for kids with 4 or 5 party rooms, slides are pretty quick - lots of tables for parents to wait while the kids are running amok. It's clean, food isn't too bad. It's okay.
Disgusting. Being asked to cover up or leave while wearing a half top and a dress. Definitely a place Australian people should avoid. Oh and in 10 minutes a grown man pushed my granddaughter down the slide resulting in a large burn on her face. Not happy at all
Crocs Playcentre was great. Very clean and easy for the kids to use. Excellent coffee and muffins from Muffin Break. We will be going back again.
The best place my daughter missed theparty they let her play anyway and gave her the tag top job crocs
Some spaces were hard to get into with my 1 year old but a great morning had. Most of the children were watched by their parents closely.
A really top place my daughter missed her friends party they still let her in to play and gave her a tag top place
Went for a party and I ended up being the host. I should've been paid for this, the "hosts" left, didn't interact with the children properly, the best bit was the stick on tattoos.which is saying a lot.
The male staff member was friendly and loved his disney but the female walked around like she had a stick up her but. Perhaps she was hungover or hated her job because she did not want to be there, it was obvious. The crocodile shuffled in but didn't speak, the male host left the crocodile alone with music playing and it expected the kids to follow what it was doing without verbal communication. I had to direct the kids and get them excited for the songs.
Oh, please get the crocodiles suit fixed
I'm disappointed that for a large amount of money not a lot was given in return. I would suggest paying for a party somewhere else.
Kids loved it. Everytime we go there, kids just enjoy it to the fullest. Play area is very safe and secure. They have rules very strict rules for hygiene, all the play areas are always clean. They always have staff looking after kids. I think I love the most as a parent that they have a adjoining cafe which is perfect, so you can have something to eat and relax while the kids are playing.
